BD The Crown Ballroom Deluxe is a grand ballroom and restaurant in the heart of Birkenhead, just ten minutes from Liverpool through the Queensway tunnel, with free parking right opposite the venue, so it is easy for guests to reach from anywhere on Merseyside, the Wirral and Cheshire.

The Grand Ballroom seats up to 300 guests for a wedding breakfast and holds 350 for an evening reception, with a large dance floor, its own fully stocked bar and a late licence, so the whole celebration, from the arrival drinks to the last dance, happens under one roof. The room is dressed in navy and gold with white linen, there is a foyer arch that couples love for photos, and the team gives couples access earlier in the day to decorate and add their own touches.

The venue has its own kitchen and catering team, so couples can choose anything from canapes and buffets to a served three-course wedding breakfast, and couples who would rather bring their own caterer are welcome to do so. The team is used to weddings from every culture and tradition, from English and Romanian weddings to Polish, Asian, African and Caribbean celebrations, and is happy to tailor menus, timings and decor to each couple.

Exclusive use of the ballroom is available for the whole day, and the restaurant can host smaller gatherings, rehearsal dinners and day-after brunches.
