Recently received my order from Cottonbird, and it's gorgeous! Although, there was a little hiccup as I did not receive any envelopes. A quick email to customer services, and they are on their way to me now. Please bare in mind, that all orders are coming from FRANCE, so you may need to factor in export times etc.

I have had a horrific experience with cotton bird printing and delivering my wedding invites. They got held in customs through underpaid taxes. Nobody contacted me. I emailed Cotton Bird for updates and got no response. I managed to track down a number for them, but it was in France!! Luckily, the lady spoke very good English. I then received an email saying I had to pay the charges and would be refunded (I'm still waiting!!) due to Brexit. I can't be the first person to order invites to England since Brexit, so I cannot see why there was such an issue. Then Parcel Force, their chosen carrier, could not locate my work address twice despite it being the only premises with this postcode and a map being drawn for them. When I unpacked my order, I had a million place names with my name on them when I filled in and emailed back their spreadsheet with every guest's name on it. I ordered pink lined envelopes and have received plain, and the RSVP cards are larger than the invites, meaning that they have had to be folded and look amateurish. The overall quality and design are good. But I have not got what I paid for and have been left very unsatisfied and stressed. I am now sending out my invites a month late!

Products are of great quality and design and just what we were looking for.

The designs are lovely (I chose the Irene bi-fold wedding invites), plenty of choice in terms of format, quick and easy to see how your invites will look (PDF preview) before ordering, so really lovely online experience.
However, there's just a few things I'd would have rather have, that would really make me say they're excellent: 1) although you'll have to emsemble the invites, it doesn't really give you any instructions, I know sometimes it may seem obvious, but the bifold invite with ribbons and double sided tape, can sometimes be tricky for those who do not excel at DYI, and don't hve much time to faf about, so quick clear instructions would be nice. 2) the cut of the invites is good, but could be neater, I had to clean pretty much all the edges from, although very small, feather like bits of paper resulting from the cutting. 3) The satin ribbon is not the best, I had to iron it a few times and once the invite is closed for a while, it doesn't really look as beautiful as in the photos, I ended up buying double sided satin ribbon in ivory from a brand called boutique, and they're awesome, they don't get any wrinkles, and stay exactly the same. 4) I know making changes to the design is probably too much to ask, but I would love to have had the option to choose the type of paper I wanted, that would be really great. I liked a design that was in a shiny paper, when I'd love to have it in a matte one (not the technical terms, but you know what I mean).
The overall experience was nice though! They look beautiful, and I've ordered all my invites through cotton bird, they were quick replying to my queries as well.

I haven’t received my order after placing my order at the beginning of January, on Hitched your delivery time is 3-5 days. I was so excited after reading reviews, however I am now frustrated and upset as I have contacted via email several times and also Instagram with no response. Avoid if you are in a hurry for your invites!!

The invitation itself was ok, good quality. However, after receiving my order. The colour of the invite was wrong, it was done on just plain white when I ordered a sage colour to go with the theme of my wedding. I had no response, customer service is non existent and not even an apology so for that I would not recommend and will not use in future.

I recently ordered my wedding invitations from here and they came just as how I imagined! The quality was lovely and was delivered at a reasonable time !

We ordered our invitations and save the date cards from here after finding browsing the internet for a style we liked. The designs available are beautiful and it was so straightforward to customise them. The price was very reasonable with regular updates on the order status. They were always carefully packaged and wrapped and we honestly can’t fault them. Very happy!

Excellent design and great discount offered on the order! Although unsure why our invites came from Germany if there is a London base? Having previously worked in the print trade it would make more sense to send the digital copy for printing in the UK rather than export the printed product (saving time and money). Other than that very happy with our wedding invites!

We ordered the Gemma wedding invitations and they are beautiful. The quality of the card and print is lovely and the team were responsive in all communication. I love that you can see your mock up on the site before ordering!
