  Absolutely amazing

  The cotton bird staff (Camille, Julie, Enzo and the rest) have been so helpful from start to finish. The samples were received were an amazing variety of beautiful designs. When we were building our invitations it was very easy to navigate on the website. And finally when we received our invitations in the post (within all the correct timescales) we were very happy with the end result. Cottonbird team are fantastic - thank you guys 🥰

  Gorgeous autumnal

  Recently received my order from Cottonbird, and it's gorgeous! Although, there was a little hiccup as I did not receive any envelopes. A quick email to customer services, and they are on their way to me now. Please bare in mind, that all orders are coming from FRANCE, so you may need to factor in export times etc.

  Our go to for staple!

  Cotton Bird were the best and therefore the only company we ended up using for all of our save the dates, wedding invites, menus, and so much more!
  
  The amount available to choose from the ability to personalise practically everything, at such a high standard, really gave our rustic wedding a touch of glamour and class! And for the professional standard you get, the price is fantastic! Very competitive and assuring knowing it’s not a cheaply produced product from Etsy.

  Happy, but there's room for improvement

  The designs are lovely (I chose the Irene bi-fold wedding invites), plenty of choice in terms of format, quick and easy to see how your invites will look (PDF preview) before ordering, so really lovely online experience.
  However, there's just a few things I'd would have rather have, that would really make me say they're excellent: 1) although you'll have to emsemble the invites, it doesn't really give you any instructions, I know sometimes it may seem obvious, but the bifold invite with ribbons and double sided tape, can sometimes be tricky for those who do not excel at DYI, and don't hve much time to faf about, so quick clear instructions would be nice. 2) the cut of the invites is good, but could be neater, I had to clean pretty much all the edges from, although very small, feather like bits of paper resulting from the cutting. 3) The satin ribbon is not the best, I had to iron it a few times and once the invite is closed for a while, it doesn't really look as beautiful as in the photos, I ended up buying double sided satin ribbon in ivory from a brand called boutique, and they're awesome, they don't get any wrinkles, and stay exactly the same. 4) I know making changes to the design is probably too much to ask, but I would love to have had the option to choose the type of paper I wanted, that would be really great. I liked a design that was in a shiny paper, when I'd love to have it in a matte one (not the technical terms, but you know what I mean).
  The overall experience was nice though! They look beautiful, and I've ordered all my invites through cotton bird, they were quick replying to my queries as well.

  Haven’t received my order!

  I haven’t received my order after placing my order at the beginning of January, on Hitched your delivery time is 3-5 days. I was so excited after reading reviews, however I am now frustrated and upset as I have contacted via email several times and also Instagram with no response. Avoid if you are in a hurry for your invites!!

  No communication

  The invitation itself was ok, good quality. However, after receiving my order. The colour of the invite was wrong, it was done on just plain white when I ordered a sage colour to go with the theme of my wedding. I had no response, customer service is non existent and not even an apology so for that I would not recommend and will not use in future.

  Excellent!

  I recently ordered my wedding invitations from here and they came just as how I imagined! The quality was lovely and was delivered at a reasonable time !
  I will definitely be ordering again for my evening invitations.

  Cotton Bird wedding stationery

  We ordered our wedding invites from Cotton Bird and we were really happy with the high quality and design.
  Only downside in our experience was the delay in delivery as the goods are shipped from outside the UK.
  Other than this, we loved the final result of the invites and would recommend.

  Beautiful invitations

  We ordered our invitations and save the date cards from here after finding browsing the internet for a style we liked. The designs available are beautiful and it was so straightforward to customise them. The price was very reasonable with regular updates on the order status. They were always carefully packaged and wrapped and we honestly can’t fault them. Very happy!
