Absolutely amazing

The cotton bird staff (Camille, Julie, Enzo and the rest) have been so helpful from start to finish. The samples were received were an amazing variety of beautiful designs. When we were building our invitations it was very easy to navigate on the website. And finally when we received our invitations in the post (within all the correct timescales) we were very happy with the end result. Cottonbird team are fantastic - thank you guys 🥰

Awful avoid! Horrible

AVOID awful experience

I placed my order on Sunday 7th and paid extra for proofing, which was advertised as a 48-hour turnaround (72 for complex cases). I didn’t receive a response until 96 hours later, which is already past the stated timeframe, and no apology was offered. Since then, I’ve chased several times asking if anything could be done to expedite the order as I need it by the 18th, but I’ve only been told “nothing can be done.”

I also accepted my proof with only minor tweaks, which according to the policy should have been processed within 24 hours, yet my portal still shows no update and everything seems delayed with no communication.

Overall, the service has been really disappointing: missed deadlines, no proactive updates, and poor customer care considering the urgency I explained. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re on a tight timeline or expect the company to stick to the turnaround they advertise. It also come across that no work is done on the weekends and you just feel ignored.

This is meant to be a positive experience for my wedding invitations yet this is a bad experience I will always remember.

Our go to for staple!

Cotton Bird were the best and therefore the only company we ended up using for all of our save the dates, wedding invites, menus, and so much more!

The amount available to choose from the ability to personalise practically everything, at such a high standard, really gave our rustic wedding a touch of glamour and class! And for the professional standard you get, the price is fantastic! Very competitive and assuring knowing it’s not a cheaply produced product from Etsy.

Cotton Bird wedding stationery

We ordered our wedding invites from Cotton Bird and we were really happy with the high quality and design.
Only downside in our experience was the delay in delivery as the goods are shipped from outside the UK.
Other than this, we loved the final result of the invites and would recommend.

Waited 36 days for my order - still haven’t received it

Emailed multiple times, Olivia from customer service not replying to our emails. Wedding in 6 days and we still don’t have our menus which we paid £130 for. Avoid

Beautiful Invitations

You can tell Cottonbird has a French background based on the soft, delicate and elegant options. As soon as I found them, I knew that’s where we would get our wedding stationery, the only difficulty was picking what design.
The website was so easy to use and the whole ordering process was smooth and quick!
We had so many compliments about our invitations and I know I’m biased but they are the nicest I’ve seen.

No communication

The invitation itself was ok, good quality. However, after receiving my order. The colour of the invite was wrong, it was done on just plain white when I ordered a sage colour to go with the theme of my wedding. I had no response, customer service is non existent and not even an apology so for that I would not recommend and will not use in future.

Beautiful Invitations

We ordered the Gemma wedding invitations and they are beautiful. The quality of the card and print is lovely and the team were responsive in all communication. I love that you can see your mock up on the site before ordering!
