We met Jem at a wedding fayre and instantly fell in love with her invitations. We spotted a design which went perfect with our flowers and autumn themed decor. Jem took our details and within a couple of days she had messaged us. We were sent a proof of our invitations by email and requested a few tweaks to the wording. Jem had no issues with this and we received new proofs within days. From when our proofs were approved, our invitations arrived at our doorstep within 5 days! Such quick service, and they were beautiful.

We got back in touch a couple of months before the wedding for the rest of our stationery. We were again sent proofs, and the rest of our order was delivered within a week.

Everyone on the day had the most lovely things to say about all the stationery. It was so nice to find somewhere that could do everything to match so everything fit within our theme.

I couldn't recommend Jem enough. The whole process was effortless and all of our stationery was just gorgeous.

Wow, what can I say? Our invitations are beyond beautiful and we are completely blown away. The quality is outstanding. Printed on beautiful textured thick card with really vibrant floral illustrations that perfectly matched our colour scheme. Jem was amazing from start to finish. We originally ordered save the date through the website and went on to order our invitations, table plan, names cards, welcome sign, and table numbers.

We were sent a proof for all our stationery to proof read and Jem had no issues making any tweaks that we asked for. Everything was received in good time and communication was excellent.

I emailed with the lady as I had a very short turnaround time of a couple of weeks for needing 'on the day' stationary and wanted to check she could meet it, which she said she could.

I received an invoice and made the payment, I was told she would be having a design weekend that weekend (this was on a Thursday) so I expected to receive the digital proofs fairly quickly, but nothing came, left it over a week and chased up just checking we were still on track to achieve the order before my required date, no response. Another week goes by and still nothing, I emailed again and I ended up having to scramble to make everything in the 2-3 days before my wedding, unnecessary stress I didn't need, thank god for my MOH!

After the emaiIs chasing and then saying I wanted refund I finally got a response 2 weeks after my wedding confirming she would give me a full refund, again had to chase this up as no refund was received and no further communication from her. I eventually received my refund 6 weeks after my wedding.

I was so disappointed as the designs on the website looked beautiful, but she committed to something she didn't fulfill and had extremely poor communication to go with it.

Jem produced beautiful invitation packs in the blush and pink collection with matching vellum jackets and belly bands. The small additional cost of having the names printed on the invitations and envelopes was well worth it.

We chose the vellum invitations in a Navy, ivory and soft peach colour, the artwork is outstanding, I was able to make alterations to the wording a few times. Beau & Bella are a great team to work with and have kept me informed throughout the process.
Delivery of the finalised invitations was great and the packaging was perfect.
I still need to finalise the "On the day stationary" which I imagine will be completed as to the same standards as the invitations.
I would recommend Beau & Bella to anyone looking for any invitations for their special day.
