Jem was absolutely outstanding in every way possible. She helped me when i ordered the wrong thing. She answered all my rambling messages and was so polite and kind it made the whole process so easy. Absolutely delighted to have discovered Beau & Bella Design on Etsy for our wedding stationery! Everyone complimented us on our beautiful and extremely stylish invitations, personalised menu cards and table plan. Jem was lovely to deal with, very responsive to all messages, super attentive to detail and got everything just right!

We loved the designs and all went well initially - we saw the proofs and gave feedback. Then we were ignored for three weeks despite contacting on Instagram, Etsy and via email. When they got in touch they explained they had a family emergency, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Invites arrived ok but a month later than we wanted so timelines were tight.
As we liked the designs, we stuck with Beau & Bella for the other wedding stationery - place names, table plan, etc. this was several months later. We put our order through the website and had no confirm or response even though we had paid. It was left so long we started looking at other vendors. Again, Beau & Bella got back in touch and eventually delivered our order. We checked but did not check the place names. When we did so, there was a duplicate, two names who we don’t know and were not out guests and two guests missing. We contacted again with only a week to go to the wedding - no response. We are getting married Saturday, still not heard and will have to put white sticky labels over the two cards who aren’t our guests and hand write them for the two missing guests. So disappointed. We are understanding of family difficulties as during this time for us, the grooms mother suddenly died, we had a house move fall through and another close family member underwent open heart surgery. I don’t see what the excuse is for the poor service and mistakes from Beau & Bella, they made a difficult time even more stressful. Such a shame as their designs are beautiful.

Really lovely design and great quality card - the signs stood lovely in card holders at each table and the matching place cards really complemented our green and white decor. We also bought the matching table seating plan which was also beautiful! We received a proof before printing, Jem had no problem making the few changes we requested and was super responsive. Everything was received quickly and we would recommend to any friends and family getting married.

I wanted some Save the date cards that had a matching range and didn't break the bank. These are lovely. Perfect size. Quality card. Quality envelope. I also liked that they had put the cards inside already too. Perfect to just write and send. Excellent!

All I can say it WOW! We've just received our invitations and are completely blown away. They are printed on such beautiful card with really vivid detail and all prepped and ready to send out to our guests. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back for more!
