Hi, I’m Jen, a plaster artist based in Liverpool. I discovered botanical plaster casting while seeking a new technique to explore. My work has always focused on nature—through painting, printmaking, or sculpture—and I quickly fell in love with plaster.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to refining both my technical and compositional skills. Drawing inspiration from the cyclical seasons of change and transformation has deeply enriched my practice, and I am delighted to be learning more about the natural world through this art form.

Flowers and plants often symbolise celebration, remembrance, and reflection, and it is a privilege to hear my clients’ stories and create keepsakes of their gardens, wedding bouquets and meaningful blooms.

The botanical plaster method can create a beautiful, lasting memento of your bouquets, buttonholes, and table displays that you can gift to members of the wedding party or keep for yourselves on display in your home. A range of finishes can be achieved, you can choose to leave them plain, add painted backgrounds or details or gilding to highlight the relief details of the piece.

I am always delighted to explore the vision of the client in any commission and, where possible, incorporate their favourite colours and finishes into the project.
