Lynsey put in so much time and commitment to us and our wedding, when it got to the big day it felt like we had a friend with us all day. We had friends and family who can sometimes find weddings daunting for a number of reasons like being neuro diverse and LGBTQ+ but she was so warm and welcoming and she helped us find caring and inclusive suppliers so everyone felt comfortable. She made so many thoughtful suggestions we could never have thought of, that made all the difference, the perfect wing woman, cheering us on, putting out fires and keeping up a joyful presence, but also keeping a low profile when needed. She soared above and beyond, she's an exceptional woman, we felt so privileged to have her on our big day. I've lost count of how many times I went to do something or had a thought and then saw Lynsey over there doing just that thing before I could, it meant we could relax and enjoy the day, I don't think it would have been anything like it was without her there for us. From messaging and fielding calls from suppliers, site visits, helpful nudges in the right direction, taking pics of special moments without being seen, cracking jokes to ease tension and running around with a big smile on her face, she's so intuitive, and definitely someone you can rely on! Her background in hospitality as well as public service shines through in the quality and professionalism of her services. Thankyou so much Lynsey! -

The best decision we made: hiring Lynsey
We hired Lynsey for on the day coordination of our special two day belated wedding celebration/event. Lynsey was honestly one of the best decisions we made.
Sooo many of our guests commented on how lovely she was - she brought such a good energy to the day and genuinely felt like part of the celebration rather than just someone working behind the scenes. She got involved in the games, embraced the karaoke, and managed to keep everything running smoothly while making everyone feel relaxed and looked after.
What stood out most was how calm and un-flappable she was all weekend. She also communicated with the venue and I felt confident all bases were covered as she asked questions/organised things on our behalf.
I’m someone who naturally wants to jump in and manage things myself, but whenever I tried, Lynsey would kindly but firmly tell me to keep my hands off and just enjoy the weekend - and I’m so grateful she did. Because of her, we were actually able to be present and soak it all in. We literally had the best time.
She was warm, SUPER on it and organised, fun - just an all-round vibe. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. Thanks Lynsey! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lindsey from Red Deer Events, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Lindsey’s sparkling sense of humour, grounded approach, and razor-sharp organisational skills made the entire experience not only seamless but genuinely joyful. Her attention to detail and calm command of the day ensured everything ran perfectly for the couple’s deeply meaningful celebration.
Styling the venue alongside Lindsey was a delight—her cheerful banter and reassuring presence made the set-up feel like a breeze. It’s rare to find someone who brings both warmth and precision to every moment, and Lindsey does it effortlessly.
We’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to collaborate and would jump at the chance for a reunion. Anyone who has had the chance to work with Red Deer Events will have felt lucky to have her at the helm—and so is anyone who books with her.
