Syon Park September Wedding! 💖💒
Thank goodness we chose Lucy for our special day! From the moment we decided to work with Lucy, we knew she was kind, patient, experienced, calm in a crisis and someone who would guide us to make the best decisions on the day. Fast forward to wedding day, and although the weather was not playing ball, we were able to relax and let Lucy make all the logistical decisions whilst we enjoyed wedding prep with our nearest and dearest. In the background, Lucy was keeping our outdoor ceremony set up dry from the rain with a huge smile and positive attitude (see photos). I can’t express how invaluable it was to not have to worry about these sorts of things, with emotions of the day already heightened. On the day itself, the decisions made were all hers and we trusted her to bring our vision to life and coordinate with all the other suppliers and the venue. She gave us cues on when exactly to enter (when all the guests were present and seated), when each of the bridal party should walk down the aisle and in which order, when to enter for dinner, when to cut the cake, when dancing would start - pretty much everything. She always had a smile on her face and it gave us so much confidence to just go with the flow and enjoy the day. Thank you again Lucy for all your work in making it a special day for us!! X

We used the on the day coordinator service so we had Lorna on hand from 6 weeks out to coordinate all our suppliers last minute details and run everything on the day and it was hugely valuable to us. Lorna was really clear and communicated everything she needed for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing on the day and so many guests complemented how well everything flowed. Thanks so much Lorna! -

Truly the best of the best!
We hired Lucy as our day-of coordinator for our June 2025 wedding at Syon Park, and we stand by this being one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. After our initial call, we were blown away by Lucy's expertise, experience, and patience. Despite this being an introductory call for the day-of coordination service, we spoke for over an hour and came away from the call having a clearer sense of how to go about planning for our big day.
As a couple planning a wedding in the UK from overseas, we could not have pulled off the event without someone with as keen an eye for detail as Lucy. She was also incredibly flexible, willing to meet virtually outside of UK business hours, adding a consulting call when I was feeling especially overwhelmed, and taking over the correspondence for our wedding slightly earlier than expected to accommodate our busy schedules.
During the wedding day, Lucy ensured everything was properly set up according to our vision, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves and enjoy the wedding with our guests. We are so grateful for Lucy's help, and we cannot recommend her enough! -
