The best!!
Lucy is a phenomenal wedding planner. If you’re in the market for one, she’s the best of the best. Throughout the planning process, she was very responsive and thorough. She was able to help us find the right suppliers that perfectly matched the vision we had for the day. She was able to quickly assist us with any last minute changes/decisions and her attention to detail is amazing! Lucy and her team went over and above on the wedding day and helped sort out last minute issues leaving us and our families to enjoy every moment of the wedding day! She is such a great person and is so easy to work with. She really orchestrated the perfect day for us! Thank you so much Lucy!!Lucy is a phenomenal wedding planner. Do not recommend: distressing, negative experience
Hiring Lucy is the only regret we have from our wedding. She was disorganized, overwhelmed, and unpleasant to work with. We paid a premium (more than any other vendor besides food and bev) because she promised she would handle all vendors, solve any problems that arose on the day, and ensure the day ran smoothly. In fact, she missed many important things and actually drove chaos at times. I have summarised the most egregious issues with her service below. After our wedding, we brought these problems to Lucy privately, giving her the opportunity to apologise and make things right; she responded unprofessionally, blamed everyone but herself, and tried to gaslight us into thinking we were confused about her scope. We were beyond thrilled with every other vendor (even the caterers, who made a major mistake, apologised and offered remediation), so I am confident that we are not the problem.
Tablescape items completely wrong and mismatched: the caterers brought all incorrect tablescape items so everything clashed. Lucy pitched herself to us as being responsible for all vendor contracts and execution, ensuring everything is set up as we wanted on the day. Lucy did not catch the caterers' mistake when it was early enough in the day to potentially fix it (something she told us was in her scope). She did not even NOTICE the problems, a clear indication of her lack of involvement with the details of our wedding. We had no warning and were dismayed upon entering our reception room. This is still a painful memory over a week later.
Lucy insisted on being the sole point of contact for all vendors leading up to the wedding and then ignored key messages and details:
Our florist tried for days to contact Lucy via email & phone and did not hear back to get key questions answered, including flower delivery details.
Our makeup artist sent Lucy the final schedule, and Lucy completely missed it. Sister of Groom not in chair when needed, leading to delayed photo start time and rushed morning. When questioned later, Lucy claimed she didn't miss it, a complete lie as I personally called her from the makeup chair to resolve the day-of confusion and was on the phone with her as she searched her inbox and discovered the email for the first time.
When we tried to solve a problem with finding new tablecloths (on the morning of the wedding), Lucy claimed (and still claims) she gave complete instructions to the catering manager and venue event manager. They both showed up without the materials required, and neither person knew what I was talking about when I asked them about the instructions Lucy told me she gave them.
Discrepancies in coverage: Lucy told us she would have two assistants on the day. We considered the work of three people in accepting her price. She showed up with just one assistant. Unfortunately, the two assistants are not cited in our contract, so it's our mistake for not checking that and holding her accountable before we paid. Including this detail here so future couples are forewarned.
Mishandling of bouquet: Lucy was supposed to place my bouquet into a vase for repurposing during the reception and then place it into a jar with water at the end of the night so I could take it home. My intention was to dry and keep it. Again, Lucy was so disconnected from her commitments to us that not only did she fail to do either action, she actually sent a photo of the bouquet in our storage room at the end of the night, with stems still wrapped in fabric, clearly never repurposed or in water, as proof that she *had* taken care of it.
I don't like writing bad reviews, and every other review we're writing for our wedding vendors is a glowing 5-stars. Given the importance of competent coordination for a wedding and the extremely high price Lucy charges, we feel responsible to at least give other couples this view into our very distressing, negative experience working with Lucy.Hiring Lucy is the only regret we have from our wedding. The Perfect Day
We are all still gently coming back to earth after what was without doubt the ‘Perfect Day’ on Friday. We cannot thank Lucy enough for all her input, help and advice from the get go.
Without doubt her ideas and creativity had an integral part to making Amy & Ben’s wedding and so magical. From the moment the sun rose we knew it was going to be the dream come true. Literally everything went like clockwork and to plan, and it is thanks to your attention to detail and experience that made it happen for us.
This day and all the happy memories will last a lifetime, thanks to you.

Amazing Wedding Planner!
We worked with Lucy for around a year planning our wedding which took place at our family home last weekend and she was hands down our best decision of the whole wedding. Her knowledge and expertise was unmatched and we would not have been able to have the wedding that we did without her involvement. From the very first meeting she came up with the idea for our wedding favours which were one of the biggest successes of the day and from then on provided us with so many great ideas & insight throughout down to every little detail.
She helped steer us in the right direction on so many different elements from tableware, crockery, lighting & decor as well as detailed timings on the day and making sure not one thing went wrong, which it didn't! She was a brilliant sounding board, always kept very calm and a sense of humour throughout which made the whole experience fun for us the whole way through.

Perfect on the day wedding planner
Lucy was a brilliant on the day wedding planner, she worked well with Katie and the team from Cowdray to make sure we never had to deal with any issues that may have occurred during our wedding. This is an exceptional skill and we're so grateful to have had this element to keep things off our plates and mean we always had time for our guests and for ourselves on the day.
She supported all our suppliers and our MC wonderfully and made sure everything went off without a hitch.

Lucy is a star!
Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful for Lucy's guidance throughout the entire process. Her expertise was incredibly helpful and we felt sure of every decision knowing that she had signed off. She recommended absolutely top notch vendors and I don't think a single thing went wrong on the day (or if it did, it's still a secret from me!) Lucy was an absolute star on the day and was so great at being right there when we needed, and then fading into the background to ensure that everything went seamlessly.Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful for Lucy's guidance throughout the entire process. Amazing to work with
Lucy and her team are absolutely amazing, from start to finish they made my wedding process and wedding day so easy for me. I hired Lucy to help me with the whole process of my wedding which was one year of planning. The main reasons why I loved working with Lucy was because I told her exactly what I wanted and she come back to me with three or four options matching my criteria and I chose from them. As a mum of two young children, this just made my life so much easier. Also, the coordination on the day was seamless, I just needed to be present and I didn’t have to worry about time management or vendors. I have been to weddings before where there is no coordinator and I highly recommend having a coordinator on the day which Lucy offers.

Fantastic wedding planner
Lucy was fantastic to work with in planning and delivering our recent wedding. We worked with her for approximately a year and a half. She really took the time to get to know us and our priorities for our wedding, and work that into the planning from the start. We considered working with several planners but are so glad we chose Lucy!
Lucy is very professional but couples this with such a friendly and open manner (and a good sense of humour!) which enabled an easy and open relationship with her throughout. She also introduced us to fantastic suppliers we otherwise wouldn't have encountered, from stationers to florists. This really helped us create an amazing and unique look and feel on the day that all our guests commented on. On top of that, she demonstrated some amazing lateral thinking to help solve a few problems in the lead up, problems that simply would not have been solved without her!
On the day itself, everything ran beyond smoothly due to her exceptional organization and coordination and we were also grateful for her calming and helpful presence at various points throughout the day. We would also like to mention her colleague Lorna, who assisted with on the day coordination and was absolutely fantastic, especially in supporting the church service to run smoothly.
Many of our guests commented that this was the best wedding they had ever attended - in very large part this was due to the work that Lucy and her team put in. Lucy Meehan - Fabulous Wedding Co-Ordinator
We used Lucy for co-ordination - a few weeks out from the wedding and then on the day itself. She is worth every penny! Remember that even if the venue has a planner, ultimately they work for the venue not for you! Lucy, on the other hand, had our backs at every turn - making sure everything ran smoothly and fixing things that we didn't even know about so that we could enjoy our special day in peace. We're so glad we had Lucy as our co-ordinator - thank you Lucy!We used Lucy for co-ordination - a few weeks out from the wedding and then on the day itself. She is worth every penny!
