Carly was absolutely amazing at coordinating our wedding in July 2026, with Mia providing fantastic support throughout. From the very beginning, Carly went above and beyond to make sure we were fully prepared for the big day. She carried out site visits, organised numerous calls and took the time to understand every detail of what we had planned.
We were definitely ambitious with our wedding, working with multiple vendors, suppliers and hire companies, which created a real logistical challenge. Carly took everything in her stride, keeping all the different moving parts organised and making sure everything came together exactly as planned. Mia was also incredibly helpful throughout, providing great support and making the whole process feel completely seamless.
On the day itself, Carly really excelled. She managed all the logistics, coordinated suppliers and people, solved problems as they came up and, most importantly, made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. Having Mia there to support her was also fantastic and together they worked brilliantly as a team.
We were initially sceptical about whether we needed a wedding coordinator, but we now realise there is absolutely no way we could have done it without Carly and Mia. Carly took so much of the stress away from us and allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day.
Thank you both so much for everything — we genuinely couldn't recommend Carly and Mia highly enough!

Carly at Elizabeth Victoria is exactly the kind of coordinator every supplier hopes to have on site. She brings real warmth and energy to the day, but what stands out most is how she treats it as a team effort, checking in with every supplier, making sure we've got what we need, and genuinely valuing the part each of us plays in the couple's day. She's quick to recommend other great suppliers too, which says a lot about how much she cares about getting couples the right team, not just filling a checklist. On the day itself, everything just runs smoothly because she's thought two steps ahead and kept everyone talking to each other. It’s hard to put into words just how much we appreciated having Carly as our wedding coordinator. Coming from a family with a background in events, I’m sure we weren’t the easiest clients! But from our very first call, I knew I could trust her to take care of everything on the day, and she exceeded every expectation.
Our wedding day ran seamlessly, with every detail thoughtfully planned and taken care of. As someone who likes to be in control, I never imagined I’d be able to completely switch off and just enjoy the day, but I did, because I had complete confidence in Carly. She delivered beyond what we could have hoped for.

We honestly cannot recommend Carly enough. From the very beginning, she was such a huge support, helping us with vendor suggestions, arranging meetings and making sure all the timings and details were carefully planned in the lead-up to the day.
On the morning of the wedding, she was an absolute asset. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was there to help with anything we needed, often before we had even thought to ask. She made everything feel calm, organised and seamless, which meant we could fully enjoy the day without worrying about the little details.
She played such a big part in making the whole experience feel special and stress-free, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help make our wedding day so amazing!

My husband and I are so incredibly happy we worked with Carly for our wedding! She made the entire experience, from start to finish, so easy and enjoyable, ensuring we felt calm and taken care of every step of the way.
In the lead-up to the wedding, she was extremely responsive, accommodated our schedule for calls given that we live overseas, and was always such a joy to talk to. She even went above and beyond by making sure my wedding dress was pressed and doing a pre-wedding run-through with our bridal party.
On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was always one step ahead, making sure we stayed on schedule and that everything ran smoothly. She was such a wonderful presence throughout the day, and we truly hope to be able to call her our friend.

We chose to do a home marquee wedding to allow us to customise and perfect our day. In the build up, we quickly realised there wasn’t a way to enjoy the day fully whilst making sure all the cogs were turning correctly. After a great recommendation we connected with Carly and were instantly comforted by her level of organisation and experience. Carly asked us questions we’d not even thought about, jumped on calls with us and suppliers and got us into a space where we felt totally prepared for the day.
Then, when the day arrived neither of us felt like we needed to do anything, once we’d explained our preferences and the schedule, Carly followed it all through, juggling the suppliers and with her team kept the whole day running perfectly.
I’d highly recommend booking her for your wedding.
