We enlisted the services of Daksha and her team right at the beginning of our wedding journey, more than a year before the big day, and looking back, we are very glad that we did.
From the outset, Daksha was incredibly kind, patient and organised. She took the time to get to know us and our families, speaking with both sides and understanding the different things that were important to everyone. In those early months, she helped us navigate suppliers and gradually started bringing together the structure of the wedding, while also guiding us through practical details we would probably never have thought of ourselves — from table arrangements and timings to photo lists and the many smaller things that need to come together.
As we got closer to the wedding, this was where we found Daksha particularly invaluable. She took over much of the communication with our key suppliers, made sure everyone was working from the same plan and kept us updated as things progressed. She was also very good at navigating some of the inevitable family dynamics that come with organising a large wedding, always handling things calmly and sensitively. No request ever seemed too much, including the many last-minute changes and questions that inevitably appeared in the final few weeks.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran like clockwork. More importantly, Nisha and I were able to simply enjoy the day without having to think about timings, suppliers or what needed to happen next. We knew Daksha and her team had everything under control. A number of our guests and family members commented afterwards on how smoothly the day had run and how well organised everything had been.
There are so many moving parts involved in planning a wedding, particularly when there are lots of suppliers, guests and family members involved, and having someone you trust to quietly keep everything moving makes an enormous difference. Daksha was a very important part of making our wedding the day we had hoped for, and we are extremely grateful to her and her team for everything they did for us. We would happily recommend her to anyone planning their wedding. -

Daksha was very organised, helpful and hands on. Her advice was really useful and she brought a sense of calm to the whole venture. There was never any panic as we knew that she had things in hand.
On the day of the event, she ran a tight ship without being overbearing. Everything was on time and there no mishap to speak of. The guests were very satisfied and things turned out even better than we expected.
This was the first wedding we have had a direct hand in organising, and we had nearly 400 guests. I’m sure we would have had plenty of chaos without Daksha’s help! -

You were such an important part of the whole process and we appreciate all the time and effort you put in to making it perfect or us. Thanks for the little chats , being my sounding board and getting us through some difficult times in the process. I'm so happy with how everything turned out, we had the best day and really enjoyed it! I felt like we were in safe hands having you there.
I'd also like to say thanks for the support you gave to my parents during the process as well. It was a massive help to take some stress off them, and for them to know they could lean on you to support with anything.
For anyone considering getting a wedding planner for their big day , I would highly recommend Daksha! -

The Boss Lady was an absolute superstar as our son’s wedding planner. From start to finish, she was organised, calm under pressure, and somehow managed to keep all of us on track — no small task! She dealt with every detail and every person with patience, professionalism, and humour.
The whole celebration ran flawlessly because of her, and we actually got to enjoy the wedding knowing everything was handled. A total powerhouse and a joy to work with — if you want your event to be unforgettable and stress-free, she’s the one you need.
Thank you for making our son’s wedding the amazing experience it was.

Daksha - Absolutely fantastic wedding planner. Over only 4 months of planning, she produced a 200 person bespoke wedding at a new venue (never previously hosted an event) that melded 4 different cultures and combined the ceremony and reception elements on the same site. Was tireless the week of the wedding, extremely organised and kept things on track. Always contactable too. -

From the very first conversation with Daksha I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and articulation. It was highly evident to me that Daksha had come from a corporate background because of how impressive and component she is. I think her consulting background is one of the reasons she is able to navigate wedding planning so exceptionally well. This is an extremely demanding and stressful job. It goes far beyond the glamour of the big day, to execute the role well requires a very strong and diverse skillset. Daksha has this in abundance.
Throughout the entire wedding process Daksha was outstanding: composed, diligent, visionary, supportive, kind, meticulous, strong minded (when required) and the absolute heart of the wedding. We had a blended wedding and she navigated differences beautifully and acted as the conduit between parents, couples and cultures. She supported not only the immediate family, but our wider family and friends too. She invested hours of her time in logistics, I couldn’t believe the amount of time she put into us - nothing was too much for her. Our wedding fell across three days and three locations around the UK. It involved coaches and the transportation of hundreds of international guests. Often we were on zoom calls till very late at night, Daksha did settle for less than perfection.
Whilst Daksha is an exemplary wedding planner what distinguishes her from others is her loving personality and sincere care for clients. She is the kindest lady - so very caring, open, compassionate and inclusive. Personally for me she was my strength and guidance during the temple wedding where I felt extremely out of my depth. Daksha remained with me throughout supporting me and her smile guided me through the service. All of our guests adored Daksha, she quickly became a key person in our wedding and a bright light of positive energy flooding through the days.
Daksha led our suppliers and cared for them all so very well. She is such a warm and kind lady that wants the best for everyone.
I never felt wedding blews, but I felt Daksha blews as the wedding came to a close as I realised how much I would miss her! I know for certain the wedding would not have been the same without her and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know her and work alongside her.
