We had the absolute pleasure of having Thea as our wedding coordinator for our wedding at Pratis Barns in August 2025, and she was such a joy to work with. From the very beginning, she was attentive, supportive, and always eager to help with anything we needed. On the day itself, Thea showed up with the most fantastic attitude and went above and beyond… helping in every little and big way imaginable.

We planned our wedding in Perthshire while living in Canada, with the groom’s mum just next door to the village hall where it all took place. The venue had recently been renovated as an event space, and the nature of our wedding meant that the ceremony, drinks reception, and dinner were all in the same room. That required multiple changeovers throughout the day and quite a bit of prep to get the space working as one.

We worked with Thea and did her Boots on the Ground package. From the start, she was warm, clear, and switched on. She asked the right questions, helped us think through the rhythm of the day, and brought a grounded, practical energy that made a big difference.

On the day, she was fully present without hovering. She managed the flow of the space, supported the transitions, cued tech during speeches, and even saved my dress after an ink stain appeared just before the ceremony. She was also fantastic at keeping the kids entertained throughout the festivities.

It was a full day with many moving parts, and we felt fully supported. Because of her, we got to stay in it. We’re really grateful we had her.

We booked Thea to be our barn wedding on-the-day coordinator and for tear down the next day. From our first meet, I knew we had to have her. She is friendly, efficient, organised and so helpful. Nothing was too much, she thought of things that we wouldn’t have even thought of. The day ran perfectly and that was all down to Thea. Thea's knowledge and professionalism is exceptional, and she gave us some amazing hints and tips that we would not have thought of otherwise. We hired Thea for day-of wedding coordination and she was absolutely incredible. I'm really not sure how we would have pulled everything off without her- honestly, I think hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. Every bit of the day was amazing and she was so great at rolling with the punches; her experience with weddings was so evident. Thea was brilliant, from the day I enquired and we had an initial consultation to our wedding day. She completely put my mind at ease meaning I could fully focus on the day without worrying about anything. She worked seamlessly with our other suppliers including our venue coordinator. Having Thea as the day of coordinator was one the best decisions we ever made!

My husband and I got married on our family farm and it was so important to me that us and my parents (who live there also) didn't feel like hosts and could enjoy our day.  Thea was key to making our dream a reality and exceeded all expectations!  We had the Boots On The Ground package and Thea's input was so valuable.

On the wedding day from the moment Thea arrived I no longer felt like a project manager and could focus on being a bride and enjoying our day.  Her calming and organised presence put everyone at ease.  The whole day ran so smoothly because of Thea's subtle coordination and time keeping - although she also gave us flexibility to make wee adjustments so we could enjoy our day however we wanted to in that moment.

Thea thinks of absolutely everything. Her attention to detail is something I hugely valued (as a total control freak myself). She never made me feel silly for obsessing over the little things in the lead up to the day and she put out more fires than I reckon my now husband and I even knew about on the day! We were also pretty overwhelmed on the wedding day itself and she totally put us at ease and reassured us that everything was going to plan. Planning for our daughter’s wedding got underway in earnest 18 months ago. She’d decided that she didn’t want a hotel based event where much of the organisation is carried out by the venue. Instead we booked the garden of a local National Trust property for the ceremony. In addition we contacted a Humanist celebrant and a company that provided a covered space for the party. As we got closer to the wedding we realised it would be good to have someone to coordinate everything and be the main point of contact for the suppliers. We found Pink Wellie Weddings on the internet and Thea became our wedding planner. Straight away we knew we were in safe hands. Thea was a calming influence when things became complicated. She dealt with problems efficiently and independently and only contacted us when she needed to. On the day she was brilliant and everything worked like clockwork. We all had a fabulous wedding in no small part to Thea’s organisational skills.
