Choosing Thea as our on-the-day coordinator for our wedding in St Andrews was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment she stepped in, she took charge of coordinating all our suppliers, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thea handled conversations we were too nervous to have, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day.
Her attention to detail was impeccable—from shepherding our guests to liaising seamlessly with our suppliers, she was always one step ahead. She even made sure my dress looked perfect for our photos, adding those final touches that made a huge difference.

We would 100% recommend Thea and Pink Wellie Weddings! As our big day was nearing, we realised that we needed some additional support in our wedding planning, so Thea was an absolute god send. We booked the 'Final Steps' package (assistance starting from 8 weeks before and coordination on the day) and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From our initial meeting with Thea, we knew that we were in safe hands, she is such a warm, friendly person and her organisational skills are second to none, she really thought of everything!! We had the most perfect wedding thanks to Thea - she made sure that the day ran absolutely seamlessly, and was always on hand if we had any issues (which we really didn't, thanks to her impeccable coordination!) We can't thank Thea enough, if you're thinking about booking Pink Wellie for your wedding, do it!! You won't regret it! -

Helped make our day the best ever 💕
We first contacted Pink Wellie in a mad panic, we had arranged and DIYed every aspect of our wedding ourselves but soon realised we wouldn’t be able to control the day while enjoying it to the full.
Thea calmed our nerves and assured us she could take care of everything on the day, and she more than delivered. Our day felt so smooth and seamless and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Really wouldn’t have been the same without her there to help. If you’re debating hiring Pink Wellie honestly just go for it, it’s 100% worth it just to have that weight lifted off your shoulders. Thea was absolutely amazing for our wedding. Thea was hired into our venue to support them with our wedding on the lead up and during the day. From the moment we met Thea she gave a calming vibe and we trusted her implicitly. The day before the wedding, we were expecting a stressful day as we had planned to do all of the decorations for the tables and the aisle etc. ourselves. However, when we arrived Thea was there ready to take over, we just needed to set up one table and she took care of the rest, we felt at complete ease, she listened to us and understood exactly what we needed; she was even great with my stress-head Auntie (haha)!! On the big day, Thea was there making sure everything ran smoothly, she was ready for a wet weather plan (which luckily we didn't need) and she had everything under control, getting us where we needed to be and on time, and with the most relaxed manner too! Thank you so so much Thea, we honestly could not have done it without you and we are so grateful that you were a part of our big day. We cannot recommend Thea enough. -
