When we first met Thea, we didn’t have a clue about planning a wedding (part of the reason we had put it off for so long!) However, after our first meeting we had a much better idea of what we needed to think about and decide leading up to the big day. Thea was great at suggesting things that we might consider, based on her experience, but also encouraging us to consider what our priorities were and ensure the wedding ultimately reflected this. We both had a very relaxed approach and wanted a day that would be relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, with good food, drinks and dancing the priorities. She helped us map out the day and also encouraged us to find some quiet moments to enjoy as a couple during it.
Throughout the planning process, Thea was great at keeping track of things we needed to do and when to do them to ensure suppliers were likely to be available and minimise last minute stresses. She recommended suppliers to us and co-ordinated very well with them to ensure bookings were made and invoices tracked and paid. We met by video call a few times, more frequently as the wedding date approached, and this very much helped ensure our relaxed approach didn’t result in us failing to book anything for the day! All the suppliers were brilliant on the day, so the recommendations were well deserved.
On the day, it was so reassuring to know Thea was there to co-ordinate everything. She worked brilliantly with the venue event co-ordinator and our suppliers to ensure everything was in place and was happy to take on any little task needing done: from arranging and re-arranging place cards due to last minute guest changes, setting out decorations and even pinning on buttonholes! We really didn’t need to do anything, or even answer any questions, on the day – we just turned up, got married and had a great time – all the organisation, rearrangements of things, keeping on schedule etc just happened around us. We really can’t thank Thea enough for helping us put together our perfect day and then enabling us to experience it joyfully stress-free (and also for being a generally lovely, enthusiastic and supportive person!) -

We had the absolute pleasure of having Thea as our wedding coordinator for our wedding at Pratis Barns in August 2025, and she was such a joy to work with. From the very beginning, she was attentive, supportive, and always eager to help with anything we needed. On the day itself, Thea showed up with the most fantastic attitude and went above and beyond… helping in every little and big way imaginable.
Beyond her incredible professionalism and organization, Thea’s bubbly, bright personality brought such a wonderful energy to the whole experience. She truly made everything feel special and stress-free. We cannot recommend her highly enough! -

We hired Thea as a wedding coordinator on the day. Thea was really helpful and helped me think about things that I could have otherwise forgotten about. Smooth Coordination for a Full Village Hall Wedding
We planned our wedding in Perthshire while living in Canada, with the groom’s mum just next door to the village hall where it all took place. The venue had recently been renovated as an event space, and the nature of our wedding meant that the ceremony, drinks reception, and dinner were all in the same room. That required multiple changeovers throughout the day and quite a bit of prep to get the space working as one.
We worked with Thea and did her Boots on the Ground package. From the start, she was warm, clear, and switched on. She asked the right questions, helped us think through the rhythm of the day, and brought a grounded, practical energy that made a big difference.
On the day, she was fully present without hovering. She managed the flow of the space, supported the transitions, cued tech during speeches, and even saved my dress after an ink stain appeared just before the ceremony. She was also fantastic at keeping the kids entertained throughout the festivities.
It was a full day with many moving parts, and we felt fully supported. Because of her, we got to stay in it. We’re really grateful we had her. -

A dream wedding in Scotland
When my wife and I made the decision to have a Scottish wedding 5000 miles from our home in Seattle, the entire process seemed daunting. We are so grateful that we connected with Thea at Pink Wellie Weddings. Thea was attentive, thoughtful, organized, and communication with her was always prompt, despite a significant time difference. Thea was able to point us in the direction of numerous wonderful vendors for our intimate Scottish wedding. In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, and especially on the big day itself, Thea was a rockstar. She managed the behind the scenes logistics seamlessly, allowing us and our guests to be fully present and enjoy every moment. If there was any chaos, we never saw it because Thea had it all under control. If you are planning a wedding, wherever you are, we cannot recommend a Pink Wellie Wedding enough! -

Thea was incredible. We hired her for our wedding and she was on point. Everyone I talked to stated how helpful she was. Not just for bride groom and main group but everyone. Her attention to detail was above and beyond. She knew what we needed before we had the thought. I remember going to set something down or thinking what should I do with this and as I began to look around, she was there and had taken care of it. Amazing Thea. We hired Thea for day-of wedding coordination and she was absolutely incredible. I'm really not sure how we would have pulled everything off without her- honestly, I think hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. Every bit of the day was amazing and she was so great at rolling with the punches; her experience with weddings was so evident. She was so calm and prepared and everyone who had any interaction with her told me later how impressed they were. Thank you so much Thea!
