Nicole is amazing. Don't delay, book her today!

We were fortunate to have found Nicole through Hitched. We had been unsuccessful in matching with the right Wedding Coordinator till this point. This wasn’t the case with Nicole, even from our first call we knew it was a match! Nicole asked all the right questions, she was helpful and not pushy.

Nicole joined us at a wedding planning meeting with the venue and caterers. There were a few tricky points during the meeting, however, Nicole had our corner throughout. She put forward practical suggestions to resolve issues as they came up which really helped.

In the build up to the bid day we had several catch ups calls, and with Nicole’s help we developed our wedding plan. Relying on her expertise we covered all aspects of the wedding which really paid off on the big day.

During the day

First thing to say was Nicole was a very calming influence and we had no worries throughout. Everything went to plan, Nicole coordinated all the suppliers seamlessly, so there were no hick ups, and we could concentrate on enjoying our big day. She had time to bring little surprises for both of us to make the day special.

We felt Nicole was with us every step of the way, making sure for example the photoshoot, wrangling people and room turn arounds went smoothly. She pre-empted little issues and dealt with them without us even knowing about them.

An absolute joy to work with Nicole! ❤️

The wonderful Nicole helped my Husband and I as the Event Co-ordinator for our Wedding day. Thanks to Nicole, our wedding day went so smoothly and seamlessly. Nicole took the time to learn what our vision was for the day, down to the finest details. As well as co-ordinating the day itself, she helped us with our wedding checklist, liaised with our vendors on our behalf, created a detailed timeline, lead our rehearsal and went above and beyond to support us in any way we needed. She ensured that we didn't have to worry about a thing so that we could spend the day being present and enjoy all the moments with our loved ones. We're so thankful to have had a co-ordinator as organised, helpful, friendly and kind as Nicole. I will truly miss working with her. I cannot recommend her services enough. You will be in great hands!
