We had a dry hire venue with lots of supplier logistics and set-up to contend with, and from the moment we met with Lucy we knew she was the right planner for us. Lucy was organised, communicative, supportive and above all she was able to see any issues on the horizon and deal with them before we had even thought of them. Lucy dealt with every obstacle we threw at her, and ensured our day went perfectly- it was better than we could have imagined. From organising delivery and venue logistics to coordinating suppliers, preparing a timeline for the day and even flower arranging Lucy had it covered and nothing was ever too much trouble. We cannot thank her enough for all her hard work, professionalism and the care she took of our big day. We could not have done it without her!

We hired Lucy for a bespoke wedding planning package of on-the-day coordination and help with sourcing of the final few items and suppliers. Lucy’s help was invaluable! She was so proactive, responsive and easy to work with. She listened to our ideas and helped develop them into a fantastic day. She took over all communication with our suppliers which lifted so much stress. On the day itself she was brilliant, we had relatively limited interaction with her as she was on hand to deal with all issues and smooth running without bothering us. We knew anything would be dealt with without us having to worry. Lucy was simply amazing and we couldn’t recommend her more. If nothing else having her there on the day made us enjoy and relax into the day more than we otherwise would have.

After 3 failed dates (due to the pandemic) we finally got married on the 27th August 2021. We wanted something special and something that reflected our love of good friends, good music and good food, so we had decided on a festival style wedding with lots of guest (170), DJ's, buskers, sax players and 5-piece band, and food trucks. This was all to take place at a venue that hadn't ever held a wedding before, using different companies supplying everything from the marquee to the stage to the lightening etc. I am hoping that this setting the scene for so many things which could have gone wrong, However because of the amazing Lucy Sanger as our wedding coordinator not only did everything go smoothly, it was truly amazing, just the best day ever. Her organisation skills, her ability to get even the most difficult contractor on side, her ability to read and pre-empt issues and find innovative solutions meant that not only did it run like clockwork but we were unbothered and left to enjoy the day without worrying. We could not recommend Lucy more highly, and are more than happy to talk to anyone who is considering hiring Lucy for their big occasion
