• Conduct a site visit when you first book and a meeting to run through all your current plans
• Host a final details meeting 6 weeks prior to your wedding day as well as introductions to your suppliers to agree timings and logistics
• Prepare wedding documents (event order and logistics management ahead of the day)

Professional management on the day includes:

• Main point of contact on the day - meet and greet of all suppliers and guests
• On the day of your wedding, our team will be on-site to manage all logistical aspects including the styling and setup of each space. We will ensure a smooth and seamless running order of your day.
