Our Real Wedding
Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more! truly the most perfect day from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived at Thornton Manor, everything felt special. The venue is absolutely stunning and created the most incredible atmosphere, especially in the Great Hall with our long table setup.
We had a subtle Harry Potter theme in mind, and Thornton Manor was perfect for bringing this to life with the long tables. Our florist Molly fully embraced the vision, creating beautiful wild foliage with floating candles across the tables, which looked incredible. Jeccabox also brought our idea to life with bespoke chocolate frog name cards, which were such a unique and personal touch.
Every supplier played such an important part in the day. From the incredible cake and bespoke stationery, to the beautiful décor and floral archway, every detail came together perfectly. The photobooth was a huge hit with our guests, and the DJ created an unforgettable party atmosphere! The dance floor was full all night.

Although I sadly lost my mum just three weeks before our wedding, she was very much with us in spirit on the day. I wore a necklace with her ashes, and my stepdad, who walked me down the aisle, wore a matching pair of cufflinks. It meant the world to us and made such an emotional moment even more special.
What made the day even more meaningful was how personal everything felt. From subtle themed touches to all the little details we had planned, it truly reflected us as a couple. Seeing our guests enjoy every part of the day meant everything.
It all ran so smoothly and completely exceeded our expectations. We honestly wouldn’t change a single thing.
A day we will remember forever 🤍
