Willow & Wilde Photography and Film is a wedding Photography and Film service based in Moffat, Dumfries Galloway.
Vicki has been capturing people's days of love since 2003 and now boasts over 700 happy couples. While studying for a BA in Photography, she discovered the beauty of analogue techniques and began appreciating the light in a moment.
In 2014, Mark (husband) joined the team, and they have been collaborating creatively ever since. With a romantic and cinematic style, this talented duo wish to tell your story in a beautifully unscripted manner.
Services Offered
Passionate about allowing you and your partner to relish the celebrations, mingle with your guests, and enjoy each other's adoration on this special occasion, Willow & Wilde Photography and Film will blend into the background, documenting the unstaged, joyous memories. Vicky and Mark offer thoughtful packages to their nearlywed clients to suit their wedding timeline, ensuring you get exactly what you need. Once you embark on this wonderful visual journey, they will learn about your adventure together so far. On the big day, they urge you to be in the moment, not to fret about any uncontrollable factors, and simply soak in all the love and laughter. A few days after the festivities have come to an end, you will receive a set of preview images to share on social media and get you excited. Then, approximately four weeks later, your online gallery will be uploaded so you can begin to choose your favourites.

How far in advance should I contact you?
We always ask you to contact us as soon as possible to get your preferred date. Most couples contact up anywhere between 18-36 months in advance to secure their chosen date

On the day it is either one Photographer or if including Film it would be 1 Photographer & 1 Film maker.
For weddings over 150 guests a 2nd Photographer / Videogra may be needed if multiple locations

Fantastic Engagement Shoot + Future Wedding Photographer
We booked Vicki for our 2025 wedding and met her for an engagement shoot this past May. We are not big photo takers, and love Vicki's candid approach. She made us feel so comfortable during the shoot. The time flew by. We were stunned by the results and will cherish these photos forever. We are so looking forward to our wedding day knowing that Vicki and the Willow & Wilde team will be a part of it.

Most beautiful photographs ever seen
I don’t think I have the words to explain just how incredible willow and Wilde were/are. They made the day feel so comfortable, they listened to carefully to our sometimes difficult family arrangements, and they smiled all day. We used the Wilde bride content creator too and couldn’t believe when I got my reels sent the next day. They’re so so so good at what they do and so many people have asked who took our photo's because they’re so so special. They are worth every penny and I can’t recommend highly enough

Willow and Wilde was such a great decision
I still can't stop ogling over my wedding photos. Willow and wilde took extensive time preparing for my wedding day by asking about every detail and reviewing everything in a meeting beforehand. On the day of, Estelle, had the perfect balance of taking command and letting me and my husband do our thing so that she could capture our wedding day in all of its glory. Incredible Incredible photos and memories. I feel like they belong in a magazine

Book Willow & Wilde!
We fell in love with GG’s Yard based on photographs we had seen taken by Willow & Wilde. When we booked GG’s Yard we knew we needed to have Willow & Wilde and they were our first supplier! The booking process was easy and we were lucky enough to get a Black Friday discount on the photography and film package. Fast forward to our wedding day in September and we can’t put into words how grateful we are to Vicki for capturing our day so beautifully. Vicki made us feel comfortable and at ease on the day and was so lovely to our guests and suppliers. Nothing was too much trouble! The day after the wedding my sister in law told us that Vicki had taken some photos her nursing our newborn nephew during the wedding meal. Vicki offered to send them to her separately which was so kind and really meant a lot to us. We received our previews 2 days after the wedding and our final gallery around 4 weeks later. The photos are just perfect and we were totally blown away! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer look no further. A huge thank you to Vicki and Mark who are a great team! We are looking forward to receiving our film in early 2025🥹🩷✨

Willow and Wilde are the dream!!
They are the best! Vicki was so friendly, warm and professional on the day! She really does go above and beyond to capture the day just as it all happens. Neither of us feel particularly comfortable around a camera and Vicki immediately made us feel at ease, capturing moments without us even realising. The photos we have we will truly cherish and look back on very fondly! Mark worked his magic and we had our previews less than 24 hours after our day! It was so special getting to see them so quickly! They really are the most amazing team!
If you want raw emotion, special memories, a relaxed atmosphere and the most beautiful pictures…Willow and Wilde are your team. We are so grateful to have had them on our special day!

Willow & Wilde- you won’t regret booking them
What can I say about this team. I’ve followed them for the early days in the hope one day they could be my wedding photographer.. and I got that wish. Vicki and mark were so professional from day one, I truly felt I was chatting away to a friend the whole year lead up to the wedding.
On the day she was one of the gals and we are so glad we booked them. We’ve had so many compliments about our wedding photos, she captured the day in such an epic way! 11/10

Memories that will last a lifetime
Vicki was amazing from start to finish. From our first call back in 2020 when we started talking to vendors. We immediately knew we wanted Willow and Wilde to photograph our wedding. Vicki and Mark helped us with finding other vendors, specifically a highland cow! Which was incredible on the day. Dispite 3 years of planning and a venue change, Vicki and Mark were so helpful and supportive throughout.
On the weekend of the wedding Vicki was wonderful! It was like having a friend at the wedding, she made us laugh and gave us the space to just get on with the day without feeling as though we were being followed about by photographers. Vicki is a photography ninja! Having seen all the photos I'm still amazed how and when she took a load of these shots! These photos are incredible and they have captured the essence of our special day. These truly are memories that will last a lifetime and we are so glad to have had Vicki there to capture them so beautifully. If we were to do it all again we would book Willow and Wilde in a heartbeat.

The best there is!
absolutely perfect from start to finish. It felt like we had another bridesmaid with us – they blended seamlessly into the day, offering support and capturing every special moment effortlessly. The BEST wedding photographer!
Vicki is such a talented photographer we are so happy that we booked her for our wedding at Holesfoot. Not only did she help us with tips throughout the day but she made us feel very chilled and relaxed yet still getting all the great shots! We were over the moon when we received our photos, the style of photography is just amazing and every small detail was captured. We would 100% recommend Willow & Wilde as the best wedding photographer!
