Choosing Liam as our photographer for our wedding was quite possibly one of the best decisions we had made. From start to finish he had such a bubbly positive attitude, fully accommodating to all photos and extras we wanted to cover. He made you feel instantly at ease and naturally comfortable in front of the camera. He has captured such treasured moments that wouldn’t normally be captured by other photographers. He has such an eye for specific moments, lightings and angles. Worth every single penny and we know we have such beautiful photos to look back on every time myself and my partner want to remember our special day.

Before the big day, Liam meets with you to cover all parts of the day, the schedule and any really important shots to cover, which was a massive bonus for us as we were quite nervous to be the “centre of attention”.

If you are considering tying the knot for your wedding or special day, DO NOT HESITATE! As it will be the best decision you make. Attached are just a few of the many gorgeous photos received. He will make you feel completely comfortable and at ease and was such a pleasant person to have as part of our wedding day. All of our guests commented on how lovely the photographer was.

If you are looking for a wedding photographer... look no further!!! Liam was amazing from the start, we were recommended him through Tim at Asado Fire Kitchen (unreal food if you want a BBQ style feasting menu at your wedding) and from the initial call, his laid back and friendly attitude suited us both perfectly. He guided us through the agenda of the day and made it all so effortless - even going the extra mile on the wedding morning to shoot the girls first for an early swim and then to another destination to shoot the boys. Liam captures some truly beautiful shots, his style is natural, easy going and fun! A true legend - thank you so much!!

Could not be more grateful that we found Liam! The pictures have come out even better than we imagined they would. We had a double wedding (Sikh and Christian) and Liam was incredibly accommodating. He’s so chilled out and just happy to go with the flow. He literally became part of the wedding. Everyone loved him. Both me and my husband are a bit awkward with having pictures taken like this but Liam has still managed to take the most amazing pictures ever. Communication was amazing post wedding as well. Got sample pics after a week and then got all of the photos back within two months (there were two days worth of photos to go through) Highly recommend! ❤️

We had loads of communication in the run up to the wedding with all the details of who we wanted pictures of and when sorted out. He gave us ideas and solutions we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. Liam was on time on the day, he was exactly where we agreed we wanted him at different locations at different times throughout the day. Highly recommend!!! We asked Liam to help us capture our big day and what an incredible job he did!! An excellent photographer, who really understands how to work around a crowd and create an album of memories that truly captures the essence of that day!! The amounts of smiling faces caught naturally in the photos alongside beautifully composed angles and shots - from the consultation at the start which Liam made the effort to come to bristol to do in person to the final photos he so beautifully edited and put together - there’s no one else we would have wanted!!

Picking Liam to photograph our day was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were astounded by his ability to capture such beautiful moments in a relaxed and natural way, and the style of the photographs we received were the perfect mix of sharp, timeless and effortlessly cool. We were recommended Liam through a friend of ours, and we could not be more grateful to that friend. Since we started to plan our wedding in 2018, a lot has changed. We have booked and had to cancel/postpone our wedding, in various venues over the past 2 years. We faced a number of challenges (as many did whilst planning their wedding in the midst of a pandemic) but the one supplier that has been with us from day one, until the final moments of our wedding day was Liam. He has been so professional, personable and understanding throughout the process. He completely surpassed what we would ever expect of a photographer. He was so understanding and accommodating when covid implications changed our engagement shoot plans. Liam took time to get to know us, in circumstances where it was very difficult to do so, he was reassuring and displayed a positive outlook, which helped us during the difficult moments, and all this was before we had even met. On the day of our engagement shoot, Liam helped us to feel comfortable in front of the camera, and this allowed us to get an idea of what to expect on the day, he helped to put us at ease and took a genuine interest in us.
On the day of our wedding Liam was just excellent, but we didn’t realise quite how excellent until we saw the photos. Liam captures the moments you didn’t see, but wish you did. His photos allow us to relive the day over and over again. His mind works in wonderful ways, and we were absolutely blown away with what we received from him. He really listened to what we wanted, and I think his style lent itself well to that too. Our guests all commented on how hard he worked and how well he fit in and engaged with everyone there. The entire experience of planning as well as our wedding day would not have been the same without Liam. We honestly could not recommend him enough. There is nobody better we could trust to capture us, our guests and our day the way Liam did.

From the moment we booked Liam to the delivery of the photos from our wedding day, everything about the service Liam provides is over and above what you come to expect. He planned the photos meticulously but also kept a sense of capturing moments rather than staging the photos which was exactly what we wanted. The results are fantastic and I would recommend Liam to anyone for their big day or any event in which they would want to capture special moments. He’s also a top bloke as well!

Liam is absolutely amazing! I can't put into words how incredible our wedding photos are but I'll try.

He told the entire story of our wedding day, to the point where our friends who couldn't make it felt like they were actually there just by looking through the album. He captured every detail perfectly and he also captured moments I hadn't even noticed myself on the day. We're not used to being in front of a camera and he made us feel at ease and so relaxed.

Liam was so easy to work with in the run up to our wedding. With his guidance we managed to outline a clear plan for the day, discussing our preferred style and what worked for our budget. We were really keen to keep to a relaxed and documentary style rather than more formal, staged pictures. Liam happily obliged. We decided to go for the option of an assistant to cover all angles and this made sure no special moments were missed. A few weeks after the wedding when the photos came through we were blown away. The online portfolio makes it so easy to download individual images (perfect for anniversary instagram posts!) and from time to time we will revisit the full slideshow almost five years later to relive the day. I couldn't recommend Tying the Knot higher as a service. They captured the story of our wedding day perfectly.
