Charlotte Sams Photography is an award winning photographer, with over 10 years expereince working as a photographer, and 4 in wedding photography.

Being a wedding photographer is not like other suppliers. We are here for the intimate moments, and it's so important that you feel relaxed and at ease with me. I always ensure I get to know every couple so I can help capture your memories as best I can.

I work as predominantly a documentary style photographer with about 20% guided for those gorgeous couples and wedding portraits. My is about capturing the moments as they happen, and ensuring you will always have beautiful memories of your wedding day.

What does the wedding package include?

Packages from 2 hours to full day! 1-2 pre-wedding video calls, Images edited high res via digital gallery Sneak peeks within 48 hours. Albums & Second photographer available as add-ons

How far in advance should I contact you?

Please contact ASAP to ensure your date is available, I do take on last minute weddings too, but as much notice as possible is easiest

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, bristol, South Wales, Devon, Dorset and Cornwall are standard locations for me to travel to. I will also travel further on request

What is the charge for travelling?

Most locations are included in my full day costs, but for further afield/destantion weddings, I just ask for travel expenses covered

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

I am here to capture everything you want and more. I'm happy to discuss crazy ideas, staged shoots, and I'm especially interested in fun water/ocean-based ideas!

What kind of equipment do you use?

Multiple full frame cameras and predominantly prime lenses. I will use flash for dark/dancefloor but mostly work with natural light. I use 35mm cameras on occasion

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

Yes, i use Pic-time for my galleries

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

2 months

Do you send all the photos taken?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

Yes

Do you have the rights to publish the wedding photos?

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

What are the forms of payment?

Payment is via deposit & balance paid on invoice. Bank transfer is preferred

How do you work?

I make sure you are comfortable with me before the day. I want to get to know you as a couple, what you're like, and your interests. I will be there if you need me or can work in the background
