Based in Glasgow and the Trossachs, Skaiste Klaniute is a Scotland-based wedding and elopement photographer creating cinematic, artistic imagery for modern romantics.

Her approach blends documentary moments with an editorial eye, capturing the laughter, movement, atmosphere and quiet in-between moments alongside photographs you’ll want to frame and live with.

Inspired by art, fashion, wild landscapes and romantic storytelling, Skaiste loves working with couples who see their wedding as an adventure — whether that’s among the mountains of Scotland, somewhere across the UK, or further afield.

What does the wedding package include?

Full wedding day - up to 500 hand crafted images. An introductory phone call. Private album and limitless downloads. Up to 100 miles of travel

How far in advance should I contact you?

Anywhere between 3 months to a year. Please go ahead to check my availability for last minute emergencies

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Can you travel?

Yes, glasgow and the Lowlands, Edinburgh, Glencoe, Cairngorms, Arran. Also abroad, if you are looking for a destination photographer

What is the charge for travelling?

I charge 0.50 per mile that exceeds the complimentary 100 miles

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

I love working with natural light and use flash photography to create artistic moods when light is limited. My aim is to create lyrical imagery reminiscent of paintings or a still from a film

What kind of equipment do you use?

I use a Sony a7m iii and Sony a7 IV digital camera, and a Godox flash. I may also bring additional lighting materials and light the space as I see necessary

A £150 charge p/h is added if requested on the day, and this must be paid by the end of the day
