About
If you're looking for a photographer who will capture your wedding day with artistry and authenticity, I'd love to be part of your journey.
I'm Sam, a wedding photographer based in Hampshire, and I've recently taken a big leap. After years of working in serious corporate banking jobs, I decided to trade spreadsheets for storytelling, turning my passion for photography into a full-time career.
My love for photography isn't new. I grew up on a busy street near the Itchen Bridge in Southampton, where I often escaped the city's fast pace by exploring local parks or wandering the New Forest with my brother. There was something about the tranquillity of nature that always felt like home. In 2014, I bought my first serious camera, and that's when everything changed—I fell in love with wildlife photography. I spent hours waiting patiently for those fleeting, breathtaking moments, and over time, I realised this same approach applied beautifully to wedding photography.
My style is all about capturing authentic emotions—the unguarded laughter, the quiet, tender glances, and the moments you don't even realise are happening. I work in the background, letting your day unfold naturally while I document the magic as it happens. Whether it's a golden sunset, the embrace of loved ones, or the joy in your eyes as you say, "I do," my goal is to tell a timeless, heartfelt story.
I'd love to hear your story. I'm currently offering a free hour engagement shoot to any couple who's considering hiring me. This gives us all the chance to get to know each other and for you to get used to being in front of the camera before the big day. The photos are yours to keep with no obligation.
