Susana was amazing from start to finish! We really wanted to find a photographer who would shoot both film and digital and were really impressed with Susana's portfolio. She was super communicative, open to all of our asks, and just so wonderful to work with in the lead up to the wedding. We really loved how collaborative the process was, even down to the type of film and cameras used. Her and her second shooter also had no problem with traveling for our wedding. On the day, Susana and her second shooter were punctual, independent, and so lovely with all of our guests - and even stayed longer than our original package to make sure they captured our dances. We received our AMAZING sneak peek photos first thing the next day and could not believe how incredible they were!! We were even more thrilled when we got the full set (much sooner than expected!) with all of the film photography which was so gorgeous. Thank you so much Susi for taking such good care of us and making us look and feel so amazing on our special day! We simply cannot recommend her enough, she will go above and beyond to make the experience working with her incredible.

Susana was absolutely amazing in the lead up and on our wedding day. Fantastic communication throughout. The pictures are absolutely stunning and we could not be happier with them. Susana has such a natural style and has this wonderful ability to capture the most special moments. Susana was so friendly and lovely, it felt like she was one of my guests at the wedding, and she blended in so well, we never even noticed her taking our pictures. I was so pleasantly surprised to get full access to my wedding pictures only three days after the wedding! The vintage and black and white pictures are particularly stunning. Susana Rios was the absolute best part about my wedding (except for the getting married part). From the day we met her, she was beyond engaged with both me and my fiance, she wanted to get to know us and understand us as a couple. We took pre-wedding photos in March before our August wedding and she absolutely blew us away. Susana scoped out a few locations that were out of the box and unique. For the months leading up to the wedding Susana checked-in with us regularly, continuing to grow our relationship with her. She gave me suggestions for mother of the bride dress shops, sister of the bride dress shops, nail salons, etc (she even went so far as making my nail appointment to ensure I got the right person). There was absolutely nothing that Susana didn't help me with throughout the wedding planning process, she was so much more than just a beyond talented photographer. The week of the wedding Susana came to our civil ceremony to take photos, to our welcome dinner, and of course to the wedding itself. She blended in with our guests, befriended them and was the talk of the town at brunch following the wedding. Every single guest could not stop talking about how phenomenal Susana was. Words do not even do justice to how fantastic Susana is, not only at her craft of capturing fabulous photographs but also as a human being. Susana is quite literally the best and we are BEYOND happy with everything she touched. She is incredible!!!!!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer than Susi. Her style of photography is exactly what I wanted and she has been so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. She got so many amazing shots that I didn't even notice her taking and she delivered the photos just a few days after our wedding (as well as an advance less than 24 hours later) which was such a lovely surprise. I've been sharing all the photos with my friends and family and I couldn't be happier that my husband and I have such beautiful photos to help us remember our wedding day.

We had the pleasure of working with Susanna on two occasions over the course of a year - the first in London for our pre wedding shoot and the second in Galicia, Spain on our wedding day. From the very beginning, Susanna was incredibly professional, friendly, and generous with her time, speaking to us about any ideas, concerns, and preferences we had. She put us both very much at ease during our pre wedding shoot which (for two camera shy people!) made it a really enjoyable experience. By the time the wedding day came, we had no nerves about the photos and had complete trust and confidence in Susana. She was there for every moment of the day, but almost imperceptibly, subtly capturing moments for us without ever interrupting or disrupting but providing direction when needed!
When we got our photos back after both occasions, we couldn't have been happier with the results. Susana's photography has a magical and timeless quality. Her photos all appear natural and un-posed. She is incredibly creative and captures moments so beautifully, in a way that we have not seen other photographers do. Our guests were very complimentary about her warm and friendly personality and noted that she never prioritised the photo over the moment - yet she obviously worked hard and somehow managed to capture everything, without ever getting in the middle of events. We are incredibly grateful to have her work to provide us with beautiful memories of our special day.
