Our travel is free within the Bradford area and surrounding regions. For locations further out, we usually charge based on distance and travel time — typically around £0.45–£0.60 per mile or a fixed rate if overnight stay is needed

Yes, at HX CINE we use a creative and technically advanced approach tailored to each event. We shoot with high-end Sony cinema cameras (like the FX3 and A7S III) to ensure cinematic image quality in all lighting conditions. Our workflow includes multi-camera coverage, stabilised gimbal shots, and drone footage (where permitted) to capture every angle beautifully.
We also focus on storytelling — not just recording moments, but presenting them in a way that feels emotional, elegant, and timeless. Whether it’s through seamless transitions, ambient audio, or colour grading that matches your event’s mood, our aim is to create a film that feels personal and unforgettable
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade equipment to ensure top-quality results for both video and photography. Our main cameras are the Sony FX3 and Sony A7S III, which are perfect for capturing cinematic footage even in low light. We also use gimbals (Ronin RS3 Pro) for smooth motion shots, drones for aerial views (where permitted), and high-quality audio gear to capture clear sound during vows, speeches, and ambient moments.
For editing, we work with calibrated monitors and a high-performance setup to ensure the final product looks stunning on any screen
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, yes, I deliver photos through a private Dropbox link, which makes it easy for you to view, download, and share your images in full quality. It’s accessible on both desktop and mobile, and your gallery can be kept private with password protection or limited access if needed

How do you charge extra time?
I offer flexible coverage, and if the event runs over the booked hours, I simply charge an hourly overtime rate. This is agreed in advance so there are no surprises. You’ll only be billed if you confirm on the day that you’d like me to stay longer — it’s all handled transparently
What are the forms of payment?
I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cash. If needed, I can also send a secure payment link or invoice for easy online payment. A booking deposit is required to secure the date, and the remaining balance is due before or on the event day — whichever suits you best
How do you work?
I work in a natural, unobtrusive way to capture real emotions and moments as they unfold. Before the event, I’ll discuss your vision, timings, and any special requests so everything runs smoothly. On the day, I blend into the background while still directing when needed to get the best shots. After the event, I carefully edit and deliver your content within the agreed timeframe — ensuring everything looks cinematic, timeless, and true to your story
