We met Chris at the first wedding fair we went to, he was the down to earth, alternative, bright and fun guy standing out in the middle of the wave of all the very traditional wedding suppliers. We always knew our wedding wouldn’t be very white and traditional and I dreaded the planning process until we met Chris who showed us how unique and fun weddings could be.

Chris isn’t just an incredibly talented photographer; he becomes part of your day in the best possible way. He was like an unofficial bridesmaid and hype man all rolled into one—bringing such a calm, genuine, and relaxed energy that instantly put everyone at ease. He understood the vibes instantly, fitting in with whoever he was around, and he felt like someone we had known for years.

What truly sets Chris apart is how natural he makes everything feel. I’ve always been someone who avoids being in front of the camera, but somehow he completely changed that. For the first time ever, I found myself actually smiling in photos and enjoying the experience, so much so that I don’t shy away from being in pictures like I used to.

Chris also wasn’t afraid to get involved, it chucked it down on our day - like the best of the British rain pelting us from all directions - he chucked on some of the venue owners wellies, climbed into the back of their car and followed us into the pumpkin patch, completely going with us when we said ‘f* it’ and ignored how soggy and muddy we were getting and had a laugh with us even recreating a ‘nipple shot’ of the groom to end the shoot. Chris didn’t back down once keeping up with the madness of our day, jumping on the back of the bucking bronco and joining us in the photo booth, and getting all the dance floor shots our friends loved capturing exactly how our day was.

We’ve booked Chris again for a mini shoot because he is the kind of guy you want capturing your moments, he fits in perfectly and feels like a guest not someone you’ve only met a couple of times before so if you’re looking for someone who will not only capture beautiful, authentic moments but also lift you up and make your day even more special, Chris is your person. We couldn’t have imagined our wedding without him and would do it all over again if it meant Chris was involved

Where to start with Chris? - What a guy and what a photographer! Chris made a huge contribution to our wedding day, both in the planning and on the day itself. We jumped at the chance to book Chris as we believed that he suited the two elements we were looking for in a wedding photographer - firstly, we wanted someone who specialised in alternative, non-traditional photography and secondly, we wanted a photographer who blended in so well with the crowd that we didn't notice that our picture was being taken. We had several meetings with Chris prior to our big day, during which he communicated with clarity and listened intently to our wishes. Chris worked tirelessly during the day to capture all of our special moments; from preparations in the morning to the dancefloor in the evening. Chris was a more than a photographer - he was a calming influence when we were faced with a couple of curveballs and he brought constant vibes and energy to our big party. I first stumbled across Chris’s work on Instagram and instantly fell in love with his work! I knew from then I NEEDED Chris to be our photographer…if not the wedding was off!! His style of candid photos was right up my street as I am not the biggest fan of all the staged photos.

Chris was great from the moment we made contact, from getting us booked in for our initial meeting and keeping us up to date with the next steps! His process for payments was so straightforward even me (as a PC illiterate person) managed to understand and complete it! He was always great at responding when we had questions and gave us some great recommendations!

When the day itself rolled around and Chris was amazing! He helped me out with things the venue had failed to get from me! I managed to get his muscles to good use by helping me build up my backdrop, which he was so happy to do even though that’s not what he was there for! He really made me feel super calm like he was just one of my mates getting me through the morning!

I remember in our meetings Chris saying we are responsible for setting the vibe for the day and those words were etched in my brain and I certainly let myself loose, Chris got some right corkers of me which had me howling! My request from him was I would like at least 2 nice photos of us and he blew it out the park I got more than 2 I got an entire album full!

He was such a pleasure to work with and I am so sad that it’s all done, all our guests thought he was a friend and guest to our wedding we all got on with him so well!

I can’t believe how fast we also managed to get our photos back! Such great quality and his editing is just *chefs kiss*!
