Hi, I'm Amy.
I'm a wedding photographer based in Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, and I photograph weddings across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Kent and London.
For me, weddings have never been about stiff poses or turning your day into one long photoshoot. They're about the people you love, the excitement, the nerves before the ceremony, the happy tears, the hugs, the laughter and all those little moments in between that you don't even realise are happening at the time.
That's what I love to capture.
Most of the day, you'll probably forget I'm even there. I'll quietly blend into the background and document your day as it naturally unfolds, allowing you to spend your time enjoying your wedding rather than worrying about the camera.
Of course, we'll still take some family photographs and spend a little time together for some relaxed couple portraits, but nothing will ever feel forced or awkward. Most of my couples tell me they're nervous about being photographed, but by the end of the day they're usually saying it was much easier than they expected.
I'm also there for so much more than just taking photographs. I'll fluff dresses, straighten veils, calm nerves, help keep things running smoothly and probably pin a buttonhole back together at some point.
My aim is simple – to tell the story of your wedding day honestly and naturally, so when you look back at your photographs years from now, they take you straight back to how it all felt.
