Every booking is delivered with a personal touch, ensuring each couple receives a bespoke service tailored to their special day… They’ll even match their trousers to your chosen colour palette!
Their signature Keyring Counter is a real crowd favourite. Guests visit the accompanying Photo Pod to capture fun, candid photographs before heading over to the Keyring Counter, where each image is professionally printed and transformed into a personalised photo keyring in real time.
Capture and Carry personalise the reverse of every keyring with each couple's names & wedding date using a bespoke design, creating a meaningful keepsake that guests will treasure.
The stylish Photo Pods can also be hired as a standalone experience, providing unlimited digital photos, instant prints (where included), fun props, beautiful backdrops, and an easy-to-use touchscreen. Every smile, laugh, and celebration is captured, with guests able to download their memories to their devices almost instantly.
To complete the experience, Capture & Carry also offers a charming Audio Guestbook, giving loved ones the opportunity to leave heartfelt messages, funny stories, and well-wishes using a vintage-style telephone. These priceless recordings become a lasting reminder of the voices and emotions that made the day so special.

From answering your enquiries and designing your artwork, to setting up at your venue and helping your guests create keepsakes they'll treasure, I'm involved in every step.

Chris - The Engineering Brain Behind Capture & Carry
I'm Chris, the engineering brain behind Capture & Carry. From building our bespoke keyring counters and crafting our disco ball framework, to keeping the photo pods running flawlessly, if it's been built, fixed or improved... chances are I've had my hands on it.
I'm also the team's real-life sat nav (seriously, I never get lost), the calm behind the chaos, and the steady pair of hands keeping everything running smoothly while everyone else is racing around wondering where they put the scissors for the fifth time.
Basically, if Hollie dreams it up, I'm usually the one figuring out how on earth we're going to build it.
I'm Penny - Junior Director of Operations.

I'm the chief keyring quality inspector, professional photo prop pincher, part-time snack supervisor and full-time bringer of sass.
If a keyring has mysteriously disappeared or a photo prop has wandered off, there's a very good chance I've claimed it as company property.

My main responsibilities include keeping Mum and Dad on their toes, making sure nobody takes life too seriously and occasionally reminding them who's actually in charge around here.
