DJ Vinyl Jen is a unique wedding and event DJ based west of London in Crowthorne near Wokingham. The music professional only plays vinyl records and adds an interactive element to celebrations with her Select & Spin offering.

Experience
Jen’s career in the music industry began with a position at Virgin Megastore Radio on Oxford Street, where she was the resident DJ broadcasting hit records across the UK. After investing in quality equipment, she started playing sets around Notting Hill before expanding her services to surrounding counties. The experienced disc jockey has also worked with MTV and VH1, rubbing shoulders with luminaries such as James Brown and George Michael.

Services Offered

I offer something really cool I call “Select & Spin”, a unique concept I launched in July 24 and it’s going down a treat. Guests are able to browse my Vinyl records (in customised wine boxes on bespoke tables) and choose the tracks, they “Select” and I “Spin”. It’s interactive, sociable and lots of fun, everyone loves it! My record collection is retro and nostalgic, jam packed with commercial classics and well known hits from the 70’s to the early 00’s, loved by all ages, including 80’s, 90’s and early 00’s Pop, Funk, Soul, Disco and some Hip Hop & Rap. I don’t play anything new, it’s just not part of my repertoire. Also happy to play any Vinyl you have that you’d like to bring and I can create a section in my record boxes for you. But I have plenty of records which will take you all down memory lane, don’t worry about that.

But the main thing is, I don’t just stand there playing background music, you get bells and whistles with me, I muck in and actively invite people to choose the tunes, it’s great fun! If you’re looking for something a bit more boutique and boujee than what the standard digital DJs offer, then I’m your Woman!
