What We Do

Toulston Music is a live music management company based in East Central London. We program and coordinate live music for weddings, corporate events, and private parties across the UK.

We work with active, professional musicians who spend their lives performing in concert halls and recording studios, bringing that same level of focus to private events.


Our Lineups

We manage a select group of musicians and can put together several different setups depending on the space and the crowd:

• Strings: We fix traditional string quartets, solo acoustic violinists, and cellists, as well as electric and live-looping players for a more modern sound.

• Jazz Bands: Anything from a quiet duo or trio for a drinks reception up to a full vocal swing band for the evening.

• Harpists & Pianists: Solo players for ceremonies and background sets. If your venue doesn't have a piano, our pianists travel with high-quality digital stage setups that sound exactly like the real thing.
  
  

How We Work

Booking live music is usually a logistical headache. We set up Toulston to handle all of that for you.

Our team manages the entire process in-house. We coordinate directly with your venue or wedding planner, handle the sound equipment and PA systems, sort the public liability insurance, and manage the schedule on the day. If you want a specific song played for a key moment that isn't in our library, our team writes a custom arrangement specifically scored for the musicians you've booked.

Where We Travel

Based out of our main hubs in London and Yorkshire (frequently working in Leeds and York), our musicians travel nationwide.

We regularly manage events in Cheshire, Manchester, Bristol, and the West Midlands (including Birmingham), as well as the historic areas around Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We also have a heavy presence throughout the Home Counties, regularly covering Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, and Essex.
