All our wedding packages include as standard:

• One bespoke song request (e.g. for your first dance)
• High-end PA system (suitable for up to 300 guests)
• Basic stage lighting (wide range of upgrade options available)
• Dedicated sound engineer (ensures top-quality sound, and makes us highly sound-limiter friendly)

GOLD: The Party Pilots (3pc) / Live DJ

Ensure your evening takes flight with The Party Pilots — the ultimate choice for an unforgettable night of music and dancing. The Gold package begins with two hours of iconic pop and rock hits, performed by our incredible three-piece party band. Once they wrap up, we’ll keep the dance floor energy going with a live DJ spinning tunes into the early hours.

PLATINUM: The Party Pilots (5pc) / Live DJ

Upgrade to our Platinum package which features our spectacular five-piece line-up. We add a dazzling female vocalist and a multi-talented guitarist and keyboardist, giving us the power to mix up our setlist with even more tracks. Our most popular all-day entertainment package. Begin your wedding in style with our acoustic guitarist performing songs of your choice as you walk down the aisle. At the drinks reception, our “Live Lounge” style trio keep you and your guests entertained with a tasteful blend of classics old and new. Our incredible three-piece party band provides the evening entertainment, with a live DJ for the afterparty.

SAPPHIRE: Acoustic Guitar & Vocals / Live Lounge Trio / Jazz Trio / The Party Pilots (5pc) / Live DJ & Sax

Our Sapphire package provides live entertainment for all elements of your wedding day. In addition to the daytime music from the Ruby package, your guests will be treated to the elegance of a trio performing timeless jazz classics during dinner. In the evening we feature our five-piece party band, a saxophonist alongside our DJ for the afterparty, and our premium lighting package for a real visual spectacle.

DIAMOND: Vocals & Grand Piano / Live Lounge Trio / Jazz Trio / The Party Pilots (5pc) / Live DJ, Sax & LED Percussion

Our first-class wedding package, designed to provide a seamless entertainment experience for every special moment. With exclusive options from our small ensembles throughout the day, our five-piece party band for the evening followed by our DJ, Sax & LED Percussion act performing into the night, complete with premium lighting, staging and production — this package really does have it all!
