We booked the Moonrunners for our May 2026 wedding. From the first email to the end of their set, their communication and responsiveness was brilliant. Any questions I knew I could pop an email and they’d respond quickly. The call before the wedding was thorough and reassuring. We had the Moonrunners perform an acoustic set for our drinks reception and 3x 40min sets for the evening. Every guest and even our photographer commented on how good they were. We felt their videos did not do them justice. They were phenomenal and in the evening got everyone up dancing. We definitely recommend.

Rob, Jack and Dan are absolute super stars. They played at our DIY wedding party, generously organising around the England World Cup quarter final to ensure maximum fun and dancing. We, and so many of our friends, were overwhelmed with their skill and talent. They pitched the vibe, the set-list and timings to perfection and created the best dance floor atmosphere I’ve ever seen. We were very lucky to have these three with us at our wedding party, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had the absolute time of our lives on the day, and the Moonrunners played a big part in that. They really brought such great vibes and we had so many people saying how great they were afterwards.

They were also so easy to deal with and open to our suggestions.

We recently got married and had The Moonrunners perform at our wedding - they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

One of the highlights for us was that they learned and performed our first dance song which made the moment incredibly special. The band are not only talented musicians but also a great group of guys - friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely amazing. We had the moonrunners as our wedding band and we were very happy with them. When trying to decide on a wedding band it can be hard to know what makes a good band but to us and our guest's we couldn't have been happier with Rob and the guys. They keep everyone on the dance floor and are very talented.

We were so appreciative of Moonrunners being part of our day. Their ease of communication and professionalism meant we did not have to worry about the music/entertainment.
It was so lovely that Jack was able to sing both our first dance song and mine and my dad’s dad/daughter dance making it feel very unique.

The only thing that I would say is they didn’t make it in time to the venue to enjoy the 3 course meal we had paid for them so I do hope they came with refreshments for themselves

The Moonrunners were absolutely incredible and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We first heard them at a wedding fayre in Portsmouth where their cover of Baby I’m Yours by Arctic Monkeys completely won us over—we just knew they were the band for us.

Their set was exactly what we were after: a brilliant mix of indie anthems like The Killers and Kings of Leon, blended seamlessly with old-school classics and some modern hits. They read the room perfectly and kept the dance floor packed all night.

What really set them apart was their willingness to go the extra mile—they learned two new songs just for us for the first dance and the father-daughter dance, and performed them beautifully. We’ve got amazing videos of both that we’ll treasure forever.

We had so many compliments from our guests about how great the band was. If you’re looking for a wedding band that sounds incredible, brings amazing energy, and truly cares about making your day special, we couldn’t recommend The Moonrunners more!

The Moonrunners were incredible and made our wedding the best day. With an acoustic set during our canapés/cocktail hour and then upbeat, high energy evening sets, the band brought the whole day together. We cannot thank the band enough for the atmosphere they created and maintained throughout the day and evening. The Moonrunners learned our first dance song and absolutely nailed playing it. It was exactly what we had hoped for. The guys were so flexible around involving as many our our preferred songs as possible whilist keeping the dancefloor full. The set list the guys created for us was perfect. Everyone absolutely loved the band and I will be recommending these guys to everyone looking for a band for their wedding. They played a huge role, making our wedding what it was, and I couldn't have been happier.
