Founded by Scottish Drummer, Vocalist & Caller Tom Adamson while studying at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

An essential part of your event, this Scottish party band covers songs by Peatbog Faeries, Salsa Celtica, Alasdair Fraser, Kan, Lau, Martyn Bennett, The Unusual Suspects,
Dougie Maclean, and Treacherous Orchestra, all arranged specially to fit your favourite Ceilidh dances.

Meet Tom Adamson, our Caller/Drummer/ Lead Vocalist:
Whether it's an impromptu duet with John Barrowman during a St Andrews Ball at Gleneagles... Performing with KT Tunstall, Lorne Balfe, and Gareth Malone for a Burns Night rendition of Caledonia, 5 Hertford St... Supporting Sister Sledge & T'Pau at London's Natural History Museum... or simply teaching James Corden how to dance a Gay Gordons in Camden... Our band leader, Tom Adamson, is a renowned, energetic performer not to be missed.
He has taught Scottish Country Dancing at Sadler's Wells in London, and amongst his TV features, Tom can be heard playing drum kit in Series 1 of 'The Crown' (Netflix) for the Ghillies Ball scene.

Over the years, teaching celebrities including: Ant & Dec, James Corden, Chris Addison, Angellica Bell, Ben Fogle, Edith Bowman and even the BAFTA-winning cast of Made in Chelsea, the steps of Scottish Country Dancing.

How far in advance should I contact you?

At the moment, the band has bookings as far as 2 years in advance, but it's always worth getting in touch to see if we are available for your event. Even if it's only a few weeks away

What is the length of time of the act?

Live Band Set times: To be within a 5hr period e.g. 6pm to 11pm, or 7pm to 12am.   Ceilidh + Covers: Up to 3 x 1hr sets for Ceilidh + Covers. Ceilidh Only: up to 2 x 1hr or 3 x 40min sets

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

Standard set up and Sound Check is 1hr. We will require 2hrs to set up and Sound Check the larger 6, 7, and 8 Piece Band line ups
