Geneviève harp and strings based in North London, offers harp-led duos, trios and quartets for weddings and celebrations across the UK. From an intimate harp and violin duo for your ceremony to a full quartet for your reception, our ensembles are thoughtfully chosen to complement your setting, style and the moments that matter most.

Founded by Dorothy, a harpist with more than two decades of experience, Genevieve began as a solo harp business before growing into a collective of musicians she knew, trusted and loved working with. Today, the group brings together exceptional musicians from leading conservatoires and professional stages across the UK, united by a shared belief that if something is worth doing, it is worth doing beautifully.

There is something particularly special about the harp and strings. The sound can be soft and romantic, warm and intimate, or rich and cinematic - making it wonderfully suited to weddings. Much of the music we perform has been specially arranged by Dorothy, created with the unique combination of harp and strings in mind. Rather than simply drawing from a standard repertoire, these arrangements are made to sound beautiful on our instruments and give Genevieve its own distinctive sound.
