What is included in the wedding package?

- 5:30pm arrival - Midnight finish - 2 x 60 minute or 3 x 40 minute live sets - Live first dance included as standard - Tailoured set lists - Full DJ service - Tour grade professional sound and lights

How far in advance should I contact you?

We do book up quickly for summer Saturdays, but feel free to contact us any time for bookings. We're completely down for last minute weddings, and we're always ready to go!

Repertoire:

Crafting the perfect set list and reading the room is vital for your party. We play whatever is right for the crowd, and we tailor our set lists to things you and your guests will love to dance to!

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Yes! We can't make any promises, and unfortunately you can't choose the entire set list, but we've yet to have a request we can't learn! We'll also learn and perform your first dance for free

We have over 15 years experience as full time professional musicians in the wedding industry, and between us have played at over 500 weddings. We have also shared stages with many AAA bands!

Yes, we are based around Bristol, but we cover the entire UK and abroad

Is there a charge for traveling?

Yes, if your wedding is more than a couple of hours from Bristol, we add some fees for travel depending on how far it is

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

With a team

What is the length of time of the act?

As standard, you get 2 hours of live music split up however you want. This usually works best as 2 x 60 mins or 3 x 40 mins, in our experience. We also provide a full DJ service for free between sets

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

We usually allow 60-90 minutes for set up and soundcheck, depending on room access and load-in. We can usually do this quicker, but we have found it best to plan for the unexpected!

Do you do open-air acts?

Do you charge per hour or per event?

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

Extra services are charged depending on what the requirements are, for example a solo set in the afternoon lull starts at £149, and an extra hour of DJ time costs £90

What are the forms of payment?

We ask for a 20% deposit to cover reservation of the date, admin, and musician retainers, then the balance is due 14 days before the event. Payment forms accepted are Card, BACS, Cheque, and Bitcoin

    Personal, friendly and fun

    We LOVED having Cut The Mustard play our wedding! All the band members were so friendly and approachable. Everything was set up on time and we didn't have to worry about a thing - communication before and during the event was excellentf. They even did a personalised cover of a song for our first dance and remixed some awesome wedding classics, too! Their set list is an eclectic mix and wqas just so much fun. If you're looking for a party atmosphere with the most professional, fun and talented musicians, look no further.
