Ant Goodall is an award-winning musician providing solo acoustic performances for weddings and other special events throughout Birmingham, Staffordshire, West Midlands, and beyond. This experienced guitarist and vocalist can create a memorable soundtrack for your milestone moment, from the beginning of your ceremony to your first dance. Over the years Ant has established his sound and in doing so has become a recommended supplier for some of the most reputable wedding venues in and around the Midlands, including The Mill Barns, Pendrell Hall, Foxtail Barns, Hasbury Barns, The Ashes Barns, Whistle Barns, Hagley Golf Club and The Wroxeter Hotel. Ant has also recently been awarded the Hitched Wedding Awards 2025 for being one of the most valued and recommended vendors by Hitched couples.

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
Yes! Absolutely, I understand how important it is to hear your special songs on your wedding day. It is my pleasure to learn and perform YOUR songs during the special moments of your day
What's your experience?
Since 2017 I have performed at lots of beautiful weddings in lots of beautiful venues! I have been lucky enough to become a recomended supplier for some amazing venues accross the Midlands too

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, i am based in the West Midlands and am willing to travel further afield subject to meeting reasonable travel expenditure
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, travel costs are only added for weddings far out of my area. These will never be extorshionate and will be agreed before any payments are taken
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
Alone
What is the length of time of the act?
I don’t play for set amounts of time. You just let me know which part (or parts!) of your wedding day you would like me to perform at, and I will play for the duration at a set price
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
I can turn up and play at the drop of a hat! If you have song requests, I would prefer a few weeks to learn and practice your chosen songs, but other than that, I’m ready to play, anytime, any place

Do you charge per hour or per event?
Per event
If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?
Yes
How do you charge extra time?
If my expected start time runs over slightly, I won’t charge you for it! Also, I am flexible, so if you decided on the day you’d like me to perform for longer than agreed, we can come to an agreement
What are the forms of payment?
I request payment to be made by bank transfer. I only require a £100 deposit and the remaining balance can be paid up to 30 days before the event. You can pay in instalments if you wish to do so

Wedding of dreams!
Ant sang during our ceremony during September. He kept us updated throughout the process, making sure we were 100% happy with our choices and even to let us know how the prep was going! We gave Ant free rein on the songs before I arrived at the church and during the signing and this did not disappoint the songs chosen were perfect! We thank you for making our day so special, people still talk about your singing today!

Huge thank you!
We cannot thank Ant enough for how amazing his set was on our wedding day. He created such a relaxed vibe and our guests (& us) loved him! He was so thoughtful with the songs he sang for us, nothing was too much trouble! I adored the aisle songs he sang for us and every other song in-between. He was such a calming influence the whole way through the process too. We would highly recommend him to anyone who has an event coming up!

The Perfect Soundtrack to Our Day!
Ant was an absolute highlight of our wedding day. So many of our guests are still talking about him — and we can see why! Even on a day that felt a little manic at times, every time we heard his music we instantly felt calm and at ease.
From start to finish, Ant was a pleasure to work with. He always put us first in every decision, even down to his outfit choice, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. His voice was incredible — the kind of performance that makes you stop in your tracks — and it will always be a memorable part of our day.

100% recommend!
We are so happy we booked Ant for our wedding day! We’ve always loved acoustic guitar music and Ant is amazing! So many of our guests said it was an amazing addition to the day and he performed such a variety of songs, there was something for everyone! It really added to the relaxed, summer vibes we wanted for the day and Ant sang beautifully. It was such a special moment walking down the aisle to an acoustic version of ‘Can’t help falling in love with you’ - one of my favourite songs.
Ant is friendly, approachable and very talented, we would 100% recommend you book him for your day!

Amazing wedding singer!
We booked Ant a year or so before our wedding after hearing him at an open day at our venue. He was super approachable and the price was reasonable. We booked him for the ceremony and the drinks reception, so a big chunk of the day and I’m so glad we did! A couple of months before the wedding a decided I wanted to surprise my husband with one of his favourite songs as I walked down the aisle. It was a tough song and something Ant hadn’t even heard of but he agreed and made the song his own. It was so special and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would recommend Ant wholeheartedly.

Absolutely fantastic musician to suit a wide range of ages!
We heard Ant playing as we walked around a wedding fair at The Wroxeter Hotel.
Having already booked our wedding at this venue, we were sold before we had even spoken to him.
Playing a wide range of songs which suited all of our wedding guests, his musical talents were perfect for the yurt and tipi venue vibe.
To top it off, Ant is a lovely guy who was super keen to make sure he delivered every element of your wedding perfectly.
We would highly recommend booking Ant for a great value for money and to know your ceremony & reception music is in safe hands!

Amazing singer, don’t delay in booking!
Ant was an absolutely amazing last minute booking for our wedding. We decided to have Ant play our ceremony music and songs during our drinks reception. He learned additional songs for the ceremony and they were perfect.
I asked for a recording of my aisle song which he was more than happy to do. His communication before was great and even though we hadn’t met before I walked down the aisle, I felt very at ease.
Our guests commented how good he was and really broke the ice at the drinks reception. If in doubt, just book him! He was incredible!

Beyond amazing.
Ant goodall was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we first met at a wedding fayre after noticing that we had the same first and last name, the initial first conversation about what he does,.to the booking and going through the songs that Ant does was made so easy by antgoodall music.
Ant even learned two songs for us that was not on his list and he even sent us a video of him playing.the songs to confirm that he could play the songs.
On the day of the wedding, Ant was just absolutely fantastic. He knew where he was going to play and luckily enough because of the weather, we were able to have our ceremony outside.
Everything just flowed seamlessly and the amount of compliments that we had about ant goodall music was unreal. Everyone was amazed how throughout the ceremony and tthe wedding breakfast and the sit down meal, Ant played an extensive list of songs and sang them all beautifully.

Ant was absolutely brilliant!!
We met Ant at a wedding fayre and knew straight away that we wanted him to sing at our wedding. He played for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception and he was absolutely brilliant. He learnt our chosen songs and set the scene beautifully for the day. Communication from start to finish was excellent and everything ran smoothly. Best wedding singer ever!
Ant is so friendly and very professional, nothing was to much trouble. His performance of our wedding songs was exquisite and I was moved to tears when I heard him singing my entrance song, he has a beautiful voice. I would highly recommend Ant for your special occasion. Thankyou Ant for making our day extra special. 👍

Ant is fantastic. From making that first enquiry to the actual big day. We had a very relaxed and informal day which Ant picked up on and played/sang accordingly. My only regret from the day is not booking Ant for the reception too.

Book this wonderful man!
I was calm and collected all morning getting ready. But the moment I realised it was real and ‘this is happening now’ was when I heard Ants’s voice before walking down the aisle. I had butterflies in my stomach! Ant created the most perfect atmosphere for me to walk into as a Bride. All I did was give Ant our chosen song and he did the rest. So many of our guests thought it was a CD playing until they spotted him! He made it his own so much so that it felt like an original. This performer is so talented and will understand the assignment 👏🏼 whether you want a more upbeat atmosphere, romantic or relaxed vibe, Ant has you covered! He communicated so well with the venue staff on the Wedding day so that we had nothing to worry about. Ant gave us a choice of a bunch of songs he already knew, which we chose for the signing. But was completely flexible to learn a new song to play for the Isle walk. The song was important to me and my Husband and Ant did it justice ♥️ I may even prefer his version more than original. You’re so talented Ant. We’re so lucky to have had you perform.
