We hired Sesh Bars for our wedding in central London and they were exceptional from start to finish. Hemal, who runs the company, supported us in a way that genuinely made our jobs as Grooms and planners easier. Central London is never the simplest of locations for a full bar set up. Access, timing and space can all be challenging. You would not have known there were any issues. The team handled everything calmly and professionally and it never felt stressful from our side.
The set up itself looked incredible. It really elevated the reception space and felt like a proper feature rather than just a bar in the corner. It was fully stocked and ready from the moment guests arrived. At one point we thought we might actually test them after working our way enthusiastically through the Disaronno, but before there was even a chance of running low more bottles appeared. No delays, no fuss, it just happened.
The bar was packed all night and service never dipped. There were no long waits and no visible pressure on the team even when everyone arrived at once. They were friendly and completely on top of everything throughout the evening. That consistency makes such a difference at a wedding because guests remember how they were looked after.
Hemal supported us through every detail in the lead up. As wedding planners, having a supplier who communicates properly and understands what is needed is invaluable. We did not have to chase, double check or worry about anything. It took a huge amount of pressure off us and allowed us to focus on the rest of the day knowing the bar was in safe hands.
The result was happy guests and a dance floor that filled quickly and stayed full. The energy in the room was brilliant and with that much dancing going on the drinks were definitely needed. Us and our families and friends were catered for perfectly and it genuinely helped create such an amazing reception atmosphere.
We honestly cannot thank Hemal and the team enough. They made the whole process feel easy and delivered exactly what was needed. We would absolutely recommend them.

Absolutely Amazing
The Sesh Bars were able to fit us in at short notice and provided a service above and beyond what we would have got from using our venues very limited bar, it completely levelled up the party. Their whole team were friendly and professional and they were just the icing on the cake!The Sesh Bars's reply:

The absolute perfect bar for your event!
We couldn’t be happier than the service we received from Hemal and his team. From the initial phone call we knew we had chosen the right supplier, professional, flexible, collaborative and on the day delivered with the utmost professionalism.

Well what can I say about Hemal & his team! They were absolutely fantastic and provided amazing service for us and our guests at our wedding. Not only did they provide our bar but they provided all my glassware for tables and welcome drinks! Welcome drinks were set up absolutely as I visioned. Hemal was super responsive and flexible in my asks. Always on hand to help and set up everything that we asked him for. The feedback I have from my guests about Hemal has been amazing, such a lovely guy! If you are in need of a bar, look no further, The Sesh Bar are the only bar you need!! We recently hired Sesh Bars for our wedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! From the very first conversation, Hemal had such great energy that we knew we were in good hands. He worked closely with us on our budget, ensuring we could offer a full free bar for our guests, which was a huge hit!
The professionalism and efficiency of the setup were impeccable. The bar was set up quickly and instantly turned our railway arch into a real stand out venue! What stood out more though were the bar staff. Each member had such great personality, engaging with our guests and adding to the fun atmosphere. They managed my 11 yr old's attempts at obtaining alcohol (see fake napkin ID attached) with humour and style, serving him up a delicious mocktail instead.
There was also one moment at the end of the night, while they were packing away, when my husbands glass was empty and they noticed and gave him another. We found that to be very attentive of them.
We highly recommend this bar service to anyone looking to add a touch of excellence and fun to their event. We will undoubtedly use them again in the future. Thank you, Hemal and team, for making our special day even more memorable!The Sesh Bars's reply:

From the onset, Seshbars have been exceptionally professional, reliable and helpful. We booked them in 7 months prior to our wedding. No question was too much for them to answer, nothing too much for them to do. We felt that they absolutely bent over backwards to help amke our special day perfect. They even set up when we weren't there. Throughout the afternoon and evening Hemal checked with us that everything was as we wished and if there was anything else that they could do to make the day even more perfect.
