The company is certified DOC and "millesimato," meaning that 85% of their grapes are from the same vintage, making their wines of the highest quality. Their vineyard in Treviso, Italy, is also certified by the Italian Government as using the fewest numbers of pesticides. In addition, the in-house enologist reduces the sulphates to make each wine eminently drinkable.
