Meet the team
With 14 years in hospitality, I’ve worked my way from the position of a bar back in an Italian restaurant in Chelsea to General Manager, helped launch Joe & The Juice when they first came into the UK (running two Chelsea branches that are still going strong), and even opened my own Pan-Asian restaurant on Fulham Road.
I took a detour into luxury timepieces, helping a Dutch brand open their first UK store then jumped back into hospitality with Bubba Oasis — launching Angel and opening a second venue in Clapham.
Now I bring that same passion of hospitality and energy to my brand, Caché LDN: elevated cocktails, smooth service, and a bar that runs like a Swiss watch.
