Fireflower Tipis is a Herefordshire based rental company. Covering the whole of UK, this family-owned business can help bring to life the wedding of your dreams.
Services Offered
Whether you're hosting an intimate affair or a large-scale event with 250 guests, you will find a tipi or marquee to match at Fireflower Tipis. Home to a range of furniture, lighting, and bars, you get to customise your selection to your liking. For instance, you can draw up the sides during the summer or add blankets and indoor fire pits for a cosy winter celebration. Separate, smaller tipis can be erected as children's play areas. Fireflower Tipis can also set up anywhere from private houses to fields to hotels. No two events are the same, so they are fully hands on to ensure every detail is bespoke.

Your events
We can not wait to open the gates again to welcome you to our second open day! The perfect chance to meet suppliers and see the tipis. We also offer this location as its very own venue so come and talk to us about getting married with us!
Meet the team
Hi! I'm Issy, I live out in the countryside with my partner Alex on his family farm, along with my horse, our cocker spaniel and 300 sheep. Alex and I have been together for nearly three years now (farmers wife on a girlfriends salary!)
I’d describe myself as a down-to-earth, easygoing person with a big love for the simple things — fresh air, muddy boots, and good company. My style is minimal yet rustic, very much modern farmhouse vibes.
✨ How I Work
When it comes to weddings, I stress over the tiniest details. I’ll happily pick apart every little thing with my couples so that, when your day arrives, I know exactly what to do.
Our first meeting is usually a site visit — it’s the best way to visualise everything. From there, it often turns into a trip to a cosy pub for a drink and more wedding chat (because planning should be fun, not stressful!)
I juggle quite a few hats — running my own equestrian freelance business and working for a local family-run artisan bakery — but I always make it a priority to stay on top of communication. I like my couples to know they can reach out anytime.
💕 Outside of Weddings
When I’m not knee-deep in fairy lights and floor plans, you’ll find me out riding my horse, walking the dog through the fields, or trying (emphasis on trying!) to make it to the gym.
I’d love to hear your story
Hi, I’m Alex — the muscles and handyman behind Fireflower Tipis. You’ll usually find me behind the scenes, building bars, sorting logistics, or organising the build teams that make everything come together. If it needs lifting, fixing, or driving, I’m probably the one doing it!
When I’m not busy with weddings, I’m working as a farmer and agricultural contractor, as well as running my own fencing business.
🔨 What I Do
I’m the practical half of the team — the one who makes sure everything’s in place, safe, and wedding ready. From setting up the tipis to getting the layout just right, I take pride in making sure it all runs smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m a bit of a jack-of-all-trades: part tipi builder, part truck driver, part problem-solver. No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly how I like it.
🌿 Outside of Work
When I’m not knee-deep in tipi canvases, I’m often driving Issy and her horse to events, tracking down the best food spots, or socialising in the local pub.
Life’s busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
