Belinda was such a pleasure from start to finish and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had imagined.

The flowers were a really important part of the day for me and I had some specific ideas, and she took the time at the consultation to understand what we wanted, and to really listen to both me and my mum. She was realistic and experienced about what was possible / in season / would work on trestle tables with sharing platters etc. without being negative - suggesting alternatives and ways to bring the same look to life. She is really creative with excellent taste and I just trusted that whatever she did I would end up loving - which I did. She also had a great selection of vases and was helpful with how the overall table would look - how the runner should sit, the amount of candles needed etc.

Overall a really excellent florist, who enhanced both the wedding planning experience and the day itself!

I definitely went into wedding planning with little understanding of the time it needs, and I wasn’t much help when you asked what I wanted! It was incredibly hot in July and August so your job wasn’t easy. Your expertise and experience left me feeling confident that the flowers would be beautiful and you took the time on the morning of the wedding to talk my bridesmaids through some brilliant tips. You even stayed to do some last minute touch ups. It was perfect.
I also really appreciate the time you spent going through last minute decisions and sending me photos. You added to the excitement and the build-up that not everyone would take the time to do. Again, I’m so grateful. Thank you for taking our mothers’ bouquets to the reception, thank you for letting us borrow vases in various locations, and thank you as well to your kind husband for helping to carry flowers through many rooms and up lots of stairs. Belinda was brilliant from day one. She took the time to really understand what we wanted and the end result was above and beyond what We expected. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process, and adaptable and flexible to our needs. Our flower girls changed their minds about the colour of their dresses and Belinda adapted my bouquet and their posies instantly and without any issues. Belinda created beautiful arrangements for our church, reception and my bridesmaids. The consultation process was very seamless and Belinda's expertise was clear from the beginning. She took my inspirations and made them reality. She also took the time to demonstrate how to properly hold the bouquets and attach the flower crowns, which was really appreciated. When I first spoke to Belinda back in March I only had a vague idea about the type and style of flowers that we wanted for our wedding. I showed her a few photos I had seen on Pinterest (which sometimes be a challenge to replicate!) and from that, Belinda seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. We had a tipi tent wedding, which meant we couldn’t ‘see’ the venue until a few days before – this made it harder for us to visualise exactly where we could use our wedding flowers to decorate the space. In the initial planning stages Belinda was honest with us in terms of what she thought would work with our space and budget (and what wouldn’t). She liaised with our tipi tent company directly which saved us a lot of back and forth. I loved that she went to the effort of getting some silk anemones to go in my bridal bouquet as they were out of season. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chez Fleur to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding flowers – Belinda was always so quick to respond to our many queries and she is a pleasure to work with :)

Belinda was fantastic to work with, she really knows her flowers and colours, when they are at their best and how to keep them looking that way. Her ideas and creativity are fantastic. We didn't know what we wanted, Belinda took note of the flowers that we love and wanted to include, the colour of my dress and my husband's attire, and took on board all the different elements of our day to create some ideas to share with us. She also knew our venue well and made suggestions as to what would work best with the room and the table settings. On the day, the timings were excellent and the flowers were arranged beautifully - it was all taken care of and wowed all our guests. As soon as I saw the types of flowers Chez Fleur did I knew I wanted them to be one of our wedding suppliers. Belinda was so lovely, helpful and great at suggesting what might work based on our venue, colour schemes and dresses. Belinda is the best! My wife and I don’t know much about flowers so we trusted Belinda to create something beautiful, matching with our wedding invite. As you can see in the photos, it was so beautifully put together. We are so happy and highly recommend!

The main point of anxiety for me in planning my wedding was the fact that I had a specific vision but didn't have the skills in the right areas to articulate it. From the time that Belinda at Chez Fleur phoned me in response to my enquiry, I knew she cared deeply about making sure our wedding flowers would be beautiful. I had a specific (and eclectic) colours in mind and somehow Belinda managed to find seasonal, elegant flowers in the colours I wanted (wildflower colours in elegant/traditional flower styles). I didn't know if it would be possible but she pulled it off.
One thing to note is that Chez Fleur is very environmentally conscious - there is no oasis foam or plastic used in the arrangements. The flowers are based on a seasonal selection which will be available at the time of your wedding. This means that the selection of the actual flowers you will have on the day happens very close to the wedding - it might make some nervous but I can assure you, it is worth relinquishing control and trusting Belinda as she has fantastic taste. Belinda managed to design the most beautiful bridal bouquet for me which actually surpassed my expectations (already quite high) and she even gave me a preview the day before and made tweaks until it was perfect. What can I say Belinda is an absolute star and amazing at her profession. We wanted a specific rose for our wedding flowers and Belinda was great,sourced them and suggested other flowers that complimented them beautifully,our flowers were absolutely perfect. Nothing is too much trouble and Belinda is so lovely to work with. I cannot recommend Chez Fleur enough ☺️

We first met Belinda at a wedding fair with absolutely no clue what we wanted, after a quick conversation we booked in for a visit!

We came out from our visit completely blown away! From not knowing what to have, to having everything finalised! She made it so easy, and made us feel like everything was in safe hands!
