Company founder and lead florist Katie Draper has over a decade of experience in the event floral industry. Katie combines her innate creativity with a practical approach to ensure that your wedding arrangements are both vibrant, sustainable and viable.

Services Offered

Connie Vera Flowers work with their clients to discover their floral vision for their day. Whether you have a particular style in mind or are unsure as to where to start with your wedding flowers, Katie can offer her expert guidance and advice. Katie can create bespoke arrangements or can advise of a package to suit particular party sizes and event styles. Their Micro-Wedding package includes bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, and stem vase and jar table decorations for intimate celebrations. Connie Vera Flowers use seasonal blooms to ensure that your arrangements are fresh and this company is also committed to minimising their environmental impact.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Ideally, contact me at least 6 months in advance of your wedding, however, if a date is available in my diary then I can be contacted up to three weeks before, especially for my micro wedding package

Do you design personalised bridal bouquets?

Yes

Can you travel?

Yes, i cover Surrey, London, Kent and Essex but I am happy to consider travelling further

Is there a charge for traveling?

Yes, it depends on the distance and if travelling outside of normal service areas. Please contact me to discuss your requirements

What is the charge for national mailing?

I don't offer a mailing service

Perfect Flowers

We had an amazing time working with Katie to put together our flowers, she took my idea of a flower crown and turned into something far more beautiful than I’d imagined! She helped to make the use of real flowers as waste-less as possible by using the same bunches across the crown, bouquet, buttonholes, corsages and table decorations, as well as giving any extras to the cake-maker to use on the cake! She incorporated scent into the bouquets as well as looks which meant my bouquet and crown smelt incredible with mint, lilac and lavender as well as fresh scented foliage. I honestly felt incredible on the day because of her hard work.

Leading up to the wedding she was so quick to respond, we spoke consistently and she was always ready to update any ideas or change things if we changed our mind which we really appreciated.

I would highly recommend Connie Vera Flowers for any wedding!

Gorgeous florals!

Katie was amazing from start to finish! We had a great chat on the phone and were sent an outline of the plans with an overview of all the flowers which was super helpful to visualise everything. On the day the beautiful arch took my breath away and all the flowers looked fresh - I had so many compliments on my bouquet. I'm now getting it pressed so I can keep it forever ❤️

Absolutely incredible florist!

Katie has been the most incredible florist for our wedding day, we honestly couldn't have asked for anything better! She listened so carefully to what I wanted, our bouquets were absolutely stunning and the table arrangements looked incredible too. Could NOT recommend any higher, book her now!

Beautiful Wedding Flowers Everywhere

Katie was absolutely amazing from day 1 in preparing the proposal to discussing ideas to go with our beautiful venue, Kingdom. We never had a strict colour scheme apart from going with nature. Katie was full of ideas and it all worked beautifully. Many compliments on our bouquets, table decor, the aisle meadow boxes and vases, flower displays for the top of the aisle under the Seven Sisters Tree. It was simply magical. Thank you Katie.

The most perfect wedding florals

Katie is such a talented florist and completely blew us away with her creations for our wedding day! The flowers were so much better than I what I envisaged and Katie was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process - she had it all under control and I did not have to stress about it at all on the day :) I would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for wedding day florals. The most beautiful flowers for our wedding!

The service that Katie provide was amazing. The flowers I received on the day were stunning. My bouquet was beautiful, alongside the bridesmaids flowers but the flower girl crown she made for our flower girl was just stunning!

The communication with Katie was very easy and quick. She also went above and beyond by helping me out with the set up of our wedding cake. When I arrived and saw how the cake was set up with flowers I don't think I could have done a better job myself.

I would highly recommend Katie's services, you will not be dissapointed!

Incredible wedding flowers

We were quite relaxed with our brief, just wanting seasonal flowers with daisies. Katie absolutely delivered and they all looked incredible. She was very responsive and flexible with our requirements right up until a week before. I'd highly recommend Katie to anyone who wants really natural, beautiful wedding flowers.

So happy with our flowers

Katie really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect with our flowers. She helped problem solve when we had an additional few tables than originally planned by quickly coming up with a number of different possible solutions. All the bouquets, button holes, displays and corsages were beautiful and exactly what we wanted!

Service was second to none

The service we received from Katie at Connie Vera Flowers was excellent and personal from start to finish. The flowers she created for us perfectly captured the rustic and romantic but not too manicured vibe I had in mind for our wedding flowers. I have no hesitation recommending her service to anyone.

Wedding Floristry

We are so grateful for Katie and all the hard work she put into the floristry for our wedding. Katie was so friendly and welcoming right from the beginning, and her can do attitude was so amazing throughout! We were so incredibly pleased with the quality of her arrangements, her attention to detail, and the amount of effort she made so fit our vision! She even calmed my nerves the morning of with a special visit to from her to drop of my bouquet! It was so so lovely to have her apart of the day and I couldn’t make imagined asking anyone else to do what she did! You will always be highly recommended by us!

A dream to work with!

We had the best experience with Katie at Connie Vera Flowers, and I cannot recommend her work enough! Not only did the flowers look stunning, but she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She took our initial idea and came up with so many wonderful suggestions, and was always extremely positive and prompt in all our communication. She was not only helpful in the run up to the wedding, but on the day she was also great! All of the flowers were beautifully arranged, and I love that she was able to use locally grown flowers where possible. We have had so many compliments since the wedding on her work, and I would 100% choose the work with her again!

Highly recommend

I am so glad we chose Katie as our florist of choice for our wedding. I highly recommend her!

From when I initially reached out to Katie at Connie Vera Flowers to my wedding day itself, the service I received was excellent. Katie was responsive to any queries I had and we had a couple of zoom calls to work out what sort of flowers I wanted for my wedding. She was super knowledgeable and friendly, and took time to make sure her plans aligned with my preferences.

When the bouquets arrived on the day I was so pleased. I felt Katie had really 'got' what I wanted and the flowers were just stunning. I loved that I had a homegrown peony in my bouquet! So personal.

Overall I wouldn't hesitate to book Katie, she is excellent at her craft. Thank you Katie!
