From the very first enquiry, Karen was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Despite contacting her relatively close to our wedding date, she was more than happy to help and made the entire process feel stress-free. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted our décor and venue styling to look like, but Karen took the time to share ideas and inspiration, helping me develop a clear vision for the day.
Karen worked closely with a recommended florist to create a beautiful and cohesive look throughout our venue. This included aisle chair drapes, scatter petals, a stunning archway with custom floral arrangements, bud vase centrepieces, and candle displays for the tables. She also arranged the buttonholes and my bouquet to perfectly complement the décor. One detail I particularly appreciated was how she cleverly concealed a bar area in the ceremony room, creating a much more elegant backdrop for our photographs.
Communication throughout was clear, responsive, and reassuring. Everything looked absolutely beautiful on the day and truly elevated the space, making it feel so special and memorable.
One of the biggest benefits was Karen's ability to repurpose the décor from the ceremony room into the reception space. This not only saved us money but also ensured a seamless transition between the two areas. She and her team worked incredibly efficiently, transforming the room in a very short timeframe so our guests hardly had to wait before entering the reception.
At the end of the evening, Karen and her team returned to pack everything down, and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally.
