My husband & I spent over £260 to have keepsakes made from our wedding flowers.
Two items were overall poor quality (big holes, petal ends sticking out sharply), however, the worst item was a tealight holder which was advertised with a real, lit candle and basic text explaining how beautiful a piece this is. Yet upon receipt of our items, a note advised us not to use real candles with it. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT as we would not have purchased it had we known we cannot use real candles with it. The quality of the tealight holder was also immensely poor and had massive air bubble dents on one side. It was clear that none of the items were inspected prior to shipment.
We complained about all three items, but were told if we posted the tealight holder back, Sal would inspect it. In her response to our complaint, Sal also claimed that her website clearly stated that use of real candles is not advised which is a blatant lie, as we have screenshots of the page from when we ordered (and further proof on her website of using items with real candles).
We returned all 3 items to Sal to have fixed and it is at this point we noticed that Sal had sneakily changed her tealight holder page to include the note about real candle usage; SAL IS ACTIVELY TRYING TO DECEIVE CUSTOMERS instead of owning up to a simple mistake on her website. Luckily for us, we have date and time stamped screenshots of what her website looked like when we purchased the items, including photographs of her own items advertising her products with REAL tealights.
I had also provided Royal Mail with Sals email address & phone number, so she would be notified of the incoming parcel. When we checked the tracking info, we saw photographic evidence of someone receiving the parcel in hand at the door, with Sal sat in the background of the photo. When we asked for an update later that evening, Sal claimed she was not aware that the post had been delivered– yet MORE LIES from Sal.
She has since returned our items, with fewer holes overall, but we still cannot use the tealight holder as intended or advertised for that matter! She has not even bothered to check if we are happy with the items, she clearly does not care. It also shows that Sal is happy to ship poor quality, broken items out to her customers instead of inspecting and fixing them first.
I have gathered enough evidence to prove that Sal is a CONNING, LYING & DECEIVING business owner who will spoil the memory of your wedding flower keepsakes. I have reported the business to Trading Standards. At the very least, Sal should have apologised for her website not including the correct info and offer a partial refund, rather than lie about it and then try and deceive us by changing her website.

Poor quality product. 1st delivery was not what I paid for, for my son my daughter in laws wedding flowers. . I paid for the order, my daughter in law placed the order, before you start saying I wasn’t the customer
Correct order arrived, glue all over the back. All Sal replies to poor reviews is excuses and blames others. Do not use this very unprofessional service and yes these are my photos, son had to bring it round so we could put hooks on the back to hang it up.

Sals Forever Flowers was one of the only suppliers I could find who would preserve dried flowers in resin; most would only work with fresh wedding flowers that they then dry themselves. The lead time advertised on their website was lengthy, however I was prepared to wait. In reality, my order was delivered to me far quicker than estimated, which was great - it meant I had my order in time for my birthday, which was lovely as a relative paid towards part of it as a gift. Sals Forever Flowers kept me updated every step of the way; it was a huge weight off my mind to receive photos showing that my flowers had arrived with them safely. Sal was extremely responsive when I had questions before I placed my order. All in all, a great company with fab customer service and amazing quality products.

I came across Sal's forever flowers on Google and I'm so glad that I did! I had my wedding bouquet preserved into coasters and a cake stand and I absolutely love how they've turned out. Once I made the purchase, I was given clear instructions on how to post the flowers over and had great communication throughout the process to keep me updated. If you're considering using sal's, I would definitely recommend them as a unique alternative to normal flower preservation. The end product is beautiful and the process is made so simple for you with the wonderful communication!

Sal was such an excellent person to work with , she knew how precious my flowers were and treated them with the utmost care . I received regular updates on every part of the process with pictures. I now have a beautiful set of earrings , a bangle bead and some other mementos to treasure. Cannot rate high enough.

I will always be able to treasure my bouquet as Sal preserved it so beautifully. I love the letters for our new home and Sal dried and returned more flowers so I will be able to get the initial letter of our future children made using those petals as well. My mum and sister lived their keyring and my aunt loved her bookmark. She made my husbands boutonniere into a heart shaped paper weight with some beads from my dress inside. Thank you Sal,I highly recommend her services.

I had a flower I had kept from someone very special to me. Sal was one of the friendliest, helpful person I have ever had the pleasure to contact. She made some beautiful Pandora Charms, cuff links, key ring & heart. I can now treasure these forever. I have since had bookmarks & one of her beautiful clutch bags. Would recommend her business to anyone. Just amazing :)

I asked Sal to make some coasters and a handbag with my wedding bouquet and I was not disappointed I can't recommend sal enough, from start to finish with regular updates and photos to the finished products the service was brilliant.
