I'm Michaela - your very own illustrator. I offer Live Guest Illustration and Live Couple paintings to entertain your guests on your wedding day.
Guests simply approach me for a photograph on your big day. They can then go off and enjoy the celebrations while I create them their own bespoke illustration, capturing their unique personalities and fabulous outfits. They can then come back to my gallery later on to collect their masterpiece - a truly unique wedding favour that won't be left behind.
Live illustration also doubles up as entertainment for your guests. They love to watch the process and their reactions to their portraits are priceless.
With all packages, you also receive a detailed watercolour couple portrait after the wedding for you to treasure forever.
I offer three packages to suit different event sizes and budgets.
The Luxe Package includes:
- 6 hours of live guest illustration to cover up to 60 guests on the day
- A3 watercolour couple painting sent to you after the wedding
The Signature Package includes:
- 4.5 hours of live guest illustration to cover up to 45 guests on the day
- A4 watercolour couple painting sent to you after the wedding
The Essential Package includes:
- 3 hours of live guest illustration to cover up to 30 guests on the day
- A5 watercolour couple painting sent to you after the wedding
If I'm not available on your wedding date, I can offer illustrated place cards - a fun and interactive way for your guests to find their seat and take home as a wedding favour. I also can created illustrations of special locations or memories to use as table name cards.
If you want to entertain your guests while treating yourselves to a wedding gift, I also offer live painting packages.
The Keepsake Package includes:
- An A3 watercolour painting completed within 4 hours
- An A3 frame in a colour of your choice ot display the painting for the rest of the evening
The Heirloom Package includes:
- An A3 acrylic on canvas board painting, with 6 hours of painting on the wedding day
- Final touch ups in my studio afterwards
- Postage of your painting to it's new home
I also sell digital venue illustrations via my website. For just £15, you can use this as many times as you like on stationery and signage.

On the day she snuck into our venue and set up with no fuss and began to illustrate our wedding guests. The speed and quality at which she illustrated our guest was amazing and was a real talking point. Michaela and her partner, who also came to assist were very friendly and so easy to talk to. We have just received our final pieces including the couples portrait, cake and venue. I cannot express how happy I am with them. The detail is so outstanding and it perfectly captures those parts of our day. Even my husband green velvet jacket looks like true velvet.
