Lunar Mobile Bar was the first thing we built - a meticulously restored Rice horsebox pouring craft cocktails at weddings across the UK. It taught us what a great event needs beyond the drinks: the room needs a mood, the room needs a soundtrack, and the memory needs to be captured.

So we built the rest. Lunar Events Group is now five specialisms under one roof - Bar, Sound, Rig, Lights and Studio - so you can book the whole night from one team, on one invoice, at a better rate than piecing it together yourself.

Lunar Mobile Bar

Lunar Mobile Bar was the first thing we built - a meticulously restored Rice horsebox in reclaimed timber and blackened steel. Fully mobile, self-sufficient, and unforgettable the moment we pull up. Craft cocktails, curated wines, small-batch spirits —every booking bespoke, every pour intentional.

Lunar Sound

Just the system, or a full live performance. Lunar Sound covers everything from a plug-and-play PA for your own playlist through to a live acoustic covers set and full DJ hosting for the evening - matched to the room and the run of show.

• PA + your playlist - Wireless PA system, mic input for speeches, and a Bluetooth feed for your own playlist. Delivered, set, collected.
• Live acoustic covers - Two 45-minute acoustic sets — perfect for drinks receptions, wedding breakfasts and turn-of-mood moments.
• DJ + evening hosting - Full DJ system with an MC-style host reading the room and running the flow from first dance to last dance.
• Mix & match - Book an acoustic for the day and a DJ for the evening. We schedule the changeover so it feels seamless.

Lunar Rig

Lighting is the difference between a room and a moment. Lunar Rig covers everything from festoon and fairy lights through to full uplighting and programmed dance floor rigs - installed by the same team that runs the bar and sound.

• Festoon & fairy lighting - Warm-white festoon over dancefloors, terraces and marquees. Instantly transforms the room.
• Uplighting - Wireless LED uplighters programmed to your palette — soft amber, warm blush, deep copper, or all three across the night.
• dance floor rig - Moving heads and colour-mixed washes on the dance floor, ramped up as the evening lifts.
• Installed & operated - Full setup, day-of programming and breakdown. Bundle with Sound, and the whole evening runs from one crew.

Lunar Lights

The centrepiece everyone photographs. LOVE letters, Mr & Mrs, monogram initials, or light-up numbers for milestone birthdays - 4ft tall, warm-white bulbs, standard 24-hour hire so you keep them for the day and the evening.

• LOVE / Mr & Mrs - The classics. Set of 3–4 letters, freestanding, ready for ceremony backdrops, dance floor edges and photo moments.
• Monogram initials - 2–3 letters — perfect for engagements, baby showers, or subtle personalisation without shouting 'wedding'.
• Milestone numbers - Light-up 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 for milestone birthdays. Also excellent as anniversary numerals.
• Bespoke Creations - Have an idea you want to bring to life? Let's talk. We can create bespoke lighting in our unit, ready in time for the event.

Lunar Studio

Two Halves

Design - save-the-dates, invitations, bespoke RSVP websites and event flyers, all built around your event's visual world.

Photography & Video - event coverage that captures the room, the people and the small moments, including photo-booth style portraits on the night.

• Design suite - Save-the-date + invite + bespoke RSVP website as a coordinated set: optional flyers, menus and on-the-day signage.
• Event photography - Half-day event coverage — 4–5 hours across ceremony, drinks, dinner or party. Delivered and edited within two weeks.
• Event videography - Half-day cinematic edit — highlight film of the evening, cut to a soundtrack you choose.
• Photo + Video combined - Both shooters on the same day for a half-day. £100 less than booking them separately.
