We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting for our wedding—everything was absolutely perfect thanks to this amazing decorating team. From our very first conversation, they really understood our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. The attention to detail was incredible, from the elegant table settings to the stunning backdrop that completely transformed the venue. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked! They were also so easy to work with—professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile.
On the day itself, everything was set up flawlessly and right on time, which gave us complete peace of mind. It honestly made such a difference knowing we could trust them completely.

On your wedding day you don’t have a moment to think and you don’t want to be worrying about decor as you want to be enjoying your special day. The lovely staff at Cloud Nine came in early and set up the venue beautifully before I even had time to think wait have the decor team arrived. I couldn’t believe just how beautiful the room looked and how they had taken a blank canvas and made it something completely different. They were very organised and self sufficient, meaning that we could enjoy the day without any stress. The hardest part was choosing from all of the beautiful products that they had. We also hired the magic mirror which I highly recommend, our guests loved it and it was a lovely keepsake of the day.

We had an initial appointment where we looked through their brochure at the warehouse so we could see some of the set ups too. We got to see all the chair sashes they had and matched them to any swatches we had.

There was no pressure to have anything we didn’t want, they sent over a quote for everything we asked for and for things we couldn’t decide on too, so we had time to think about it before emailing back what we wanted to hire.

We could have had another meeting if we wanted but I felt like the first one and the emails covered our needs perfectly. I loved how we could have said no at any point, they left the ball in our court the second we left the meeting and weren’t pushy at all.

We found the prices were so reasonable and everything was so beautiful, there was something for every scheme. We even had our photobooth through cloud nine and I can’t recommend the magic mirror enough, the album we got is one of our best keepsakes, we love looking through it.

On the day everyone commented on how beautiful the room looked. It was absolutely immaculate, the ladies set it up so well, it took the stress out of the day for me as I was lucky enough to see it the night before as I was staying over at the hotel.

I will definitely be using cloud nine for any parties/ events in the future. And will always recommend to any brides and grooms to be.

From day one of planning our Wedding day you could always rely on Sue and Maxine. The first day we met it was so lovely and the ladies were in the middle of moving units as well but we saw everything you could possibly choose from and more. I even mentioned to Sue I would love a crisp wall. I thought they were a great idea and Sue had one made. Nothing is to much for the ladies. Their amazing.
We sort of knew our colour scheme and style we were going for and when you sit and you look at all the options its just amazing.
I always messaged to add more things on when ever anything new came in they would also show me as more the merrier in my eyes.
Honestly these ladies made my day what I had pictured in my mind and they brought it to life and made our fairytale wedding.
Even on our wedding morning I got to see my lovely wedding fairies and give them the biggest cuddle. I could only imagine the magic they had done to the venue and when I saw it the first time I was like WOW and cried. I didn't realise that something I had always imagine could actually be put across as amazing as Sue, Maxine and the other wedding fairies put in place. They got my vision spot on and I still look at photos and watch our video and it still amazes me everytime. 🩷
