We used claire for our wedding after being let down by treasured events Ltd 10 weeks before our wedding!... Claire helped saved our day with the help off letchworth hall hotel we couldn't thank her enough.. We did everything over the phone within weeks and planned my wedding exactly how we wanted it... Our guests said how beautiful everything was and the children had a lovely time playing with all the garden games .. We did a full package cermeony, dinner, back drops and garden games .. Thank you for making our day beautiful!! -

Claire and her team have been amazing from start to finish. From the first whatsapp message, nothing was too much trouble, and they were friendly and polite. Even when the coconut shy went missing temporarily!! Ha ha.
The seat covers and sashes looked absolutely amazing, and the addition of the garden games (which became indoor 'Games Room' games) were a real hit with the younger crowd (and some of the adults!).
Very efficient, cost effective and seamless from start to finish. There are also so many extras to choose from on their brochure to personalise and make your event your own! Highly recommend. -

Thank you so much to Claire and the team at 1st Class Event Specialists for the incredible job you did decorating our wedding at the Hotel Cromwell.
From our very first conversation, Claire took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered brilliant suggestions where we weren't sure. Communication in the lead-up was smooth and reassuring, which took so much pressure off in the final weeks of planning.
On the day itself, the room looked absolutely amazing — it was everything we'd pictured and more. Every detail had clearly been thought through, and the finishing touches really elevated the whole space. Our guests were blown away when they walked in, and it set the tone perfectly for the rest of the day.
We can't thank Claire and the team enough for helping make our wedding day so special. If you're looking for a decorator who genuinely cares about getting it right, look no further. -

Claire and her team did an amazing job in styling our wedding on 14.08.26.
She created a bespoke plan which worked perfectly and looked lovely, even though we didn't ask for a lot of decor.
So pleased with the ceremony area and dining hall. It fitted with our wishes and looked perfect. Claire continuously kept us in the loop and nothing was too much trouble for her.

My cousin recently got married and after being let down by a company we sourced Claire and her team. I can honestly say I wish we had found them sooner, from start to finish they were amazing! They listened to what the Bride wanted and exceeded expectations. Every detail was met with perfection and at competitively priced. Communication was superb and Claire was very understanding during a time of family difficulty. The venue was decorated to such a high standard and completed the venue very well, everything looked stunning. We have had such positive feedback from the guests that attending and will be recommending Claire and the team for any future family and friend events. -
