Marie-Clare - what a legend of a human! From day one, she put us completely at ease and made the whole process feel exciting rather than overwhelming. She guided us with questions that made us reflect on our relationship in such a beautiful way, and then wove it all together into a ceremony that honestly blew us away.

On the day, she delivered it with such presence, warmth, and just the right balance of humour and sentiment. One moment we were wiping away tears, the next we were belly laughing, it felt so natural and so perfectly us. That’s the gift she has: she makes you feel like the ceremony is being led by a dear friend who knows your story inside out.

I can’t picture anyone else marrying us. She didn’t just officiate our wedding - she elevated it. We’ll be forever grateful for her role in our day. 🙌🏽

I could not be happier with who we chose to be our celebrant. From the very first email back it is so evident the warmth and consideration coming from Marie-Claire. The process she designed and guided us through was easy, smooth, and flexible. I can honestly say it was truly only a pleasure every time we caught up. I particularly appreciated how well she listened to our individuality as a pair of people who were getting married. Marie-Claire makes a real effort to get to know each person, and had great instincts. Not that it surprised us at all, but she was also a huge help the day before the wedding. She was bubbly and excited but mindfully looked out for where we were each at, and immediately took all our wishes totally seriously (down to a very specific way to tie ribbons for the napkins!). She was a dream on the day, stepping right into the supporting role we both needed despite wedding morning chaos, and even managed to take a few precious photos and videos of details we most likely would have not captured or seen. Throughout the process, she was incredibly organised, clear, and found a way to offer us new ideas, which we loved, without adding to any planning-overwhelm. Lastly, she was so prepared for the day in every way. She was perfectly colour co-ordinated and didn’t even bat an eye when there was a last minute plan swap due to touch-and-go weather.
It must also be mentioned that many of our beloved guests took the time to let us know how wonderful they thought Marie-Claire was as our celebrant. She spoke beautifully, with perfect confidence and calm control, whilst also bringing her signature warmth and wonderful personality to each moment.
Marie-Claire, truly you are perfect in our eyes and we are so so grateful for the care you took with and for us. We will remember the exceptionally wonderful part you played in our wedding all our lives, we feel very lucky!

Where do I even begin with Marie-Clare? 🤎 From the very first call, she just got us. She had us laughing, crying, and fully soaking up every second. It was like being married by someone who not only understood us but adored us.
