We got married at Kings Chapel in Amersham back in July, and while life has been busy since then, we absolutely had to come back and write this review for Sallieann. Even though a few months have passed, the feeling of how special she made our day hasn't faded a bit.

From the start, Sallieann made everything feel effortless. She was incredibly responsive (always just a WhatsApp away) and so flexible—no ask was too silly and no job too big. Every time we had a panicked question in the lead-up, she’d already sorted the answer. Her attention to detail was immaculate, catching things we hadn't even thought of.

What truly blew us away was how she was with our 3-year-old daughter. Sallieann didn't just plan around her; she made her feel special. She organized a nap space for the kids and even sat with our daughter while she slept so our family could enjoy the wedding breakfast without missing a moment. She even bought matching sunglasses for herself and our little girl to make her feel included! The fact that we had a wedding with a toddler and zero tears is a testament to how well Sallieann paced the day—nothing was rushed, and we were allowed to go at our own speed.

She also took incredible care of our guests, specifically ensuring an older relative with complex dietary needs had safe food all day long, and popping out with umbrellas the second it started to drizzle.

Sallieann didn't feel like an employee; she felt like an additional friend we made along the journey. She is always smiling, genuinely passionate, and made us feel like the most important people in the world. It was a privilege to have her plan our wedding. We were married at King’s Chapel in Old Amersham on Saturday 26th April 2025, and without hesitation we can say that Mrs Sallieann Davis was exceptional in every possible way.
From our very first meeting, Sallieann made us feel genuinely special and completely at ease. Her knowledge was extraordinary; there was not a single question she could not answer, and her experience showed in every conversation. She brought a wealth of brilliant ideas to the table, guiding us effortlessly through decisions on food, lighting, flowers, seating arrangements, and the overall flow of the day.
What truly set Sallieann apart was her meticulous attention to detail and the kindness she showed us throughout the entire process. Her level of care was unlike anything we have experienced before. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt overlooked, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She anticipated issues before they arose and solved them quietly and calmly.
We had 100 guests, with flowers, an in-house catering team at King’s Chapel, our cake supplied by our maker “Cakes of Curiosity”, our own live music from Black Market as well as Helen & Wez, men’s clothing sourced locally from HTR Clothing in Amersham, and accommodation arranged at The King’s Arms and The Crown. Coordinating all of this could have been overwhelming, but Sallieann handled it with absolute precision.
She also went above and beyond in ways that were entirely unexpected. She discreetly arranged several off-the-record surprises for our guests, which elevated the entire experience and created moments people are still talking about. Every element felt thoughtful, seamless, and perfectly timed.
We really wanted a fun day, she delivered exactly that. I’m sure that if you chat with Salieann she will more than explain what I mean 
On the day itself, everything ran as smoothly as silk. There was not a single hiccup. The schedule flowed beautifully, our guests were relaxed and happy, and we were able to enjoy every moment without stress or concern.
Sallieann is, quite simply, outstanding. She delivered an 11/10 experience and exceeded every expectation we had. If you are considering a wedding planner who combines deep expertise, creativity, fun, warmth, and flawless execution, we cannot recommend Mrs Sallieann Davis highly enough.

We got married yesterday, 28/12/25 at the Kings Chapel, Old Amersham. Sallieann has been our wedding planner for the last 10 months and has made our journey from considering the venue to finally partying the night away as Mr and Mrs truly amazing.

Sallieann was everything we needed throughout our wedding planning. No questions went unanswered and no request was ever too much. On the actual day Sallieann was so organised and took care of absolutely everything.

As soon as we meet sallianne at the Kings we just clicked and knew we found the right venue for us. Sallianne was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, we felt like we could personalise our wedding which was so important. The venue is just beautiful. We had so many lovely comments about the venue, food and staff. We highly recommend the The Kings Chapel and Sallianne. We were also really impressed with the help to stay on budget.

Food tasting was a great way to get used to the venue- which we loved more upon each visit. We had the canapes and hog roast option which was different and totally enjoyed by all guests

From start to finish Sallieann was an absolute dream! She was always on hand to help with the planning and was super flexible no matter what we requested. I’m always one to panic but I knew as soon as it was in Sallieann’s hands our wedding would run so smoothly. On the day everything was perfect, even down to the timings getting everyone down the aisle. The venue itself was stunning and she coordinated everything so perfectly. We really loved the little touches like getting cake in our room in a box with a card for when we left the next day. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so perfect x

Salliann had us laughing within the first ten seconds of us meeting her and that fun and laughter continued throughout. We actually changed all our plans for our wedding day after meeting her as we decided there and then we really wanted her to conduct our ceremony.

She was full of awesome ideas and tips about how the wedding could be done and when the day itself came, she took full control and made it run like clockwork.
