We had the most personal, beautiful and heartfelt ceremony, and a totally stressfree day and a huge part of that was down to Cat’s planning and organisation.

As our Celebrant, she put lots of time into getting to know our story, and wrote a stunning script for our ceremony. It reflected us and our relationship perfectly. Cat took all our ridiculous ideas in her stride. She turned our chaotic silliness into something coherent that also took our breath away. We couldn’t stop smiling!

As our MC, Cat was an absolute dream that we didn’t know we needed. We had never thought of asking someone to fill this role, and although our fabulous venue did offer, it was actually amazing to have her can do attitude keeping everything running smoothly. Our venue were incredible, but they already had a lot to manage, and having Cat as MC meant that we could turn to her for literally anything and she was always ready and able to help.

We cannot recommend Cat highly enough.

Just over 2 weeks before our planned wedding (2nd May) and ceremony at Portsmouth Comic Con (4th May) we found ourselves in need of a celebrant. An online search found several in the Portsmouth area and Cat with her beaming smile and brightly coloured hair caught my eye. Further investigation showed excellent reviews. She responded to my email very quickly and confirmed that she indeed would be able to perform our Comic Con ceremony. An initial hour and a half phone call with us both, several emails back and forth and a little bit of tweaking here and there, ensured we had a ceremony that fitted us like a glove. Cat is such a lovely lady. She made Marc and myself feel so comfortable and confident about choosing her for our special day from our first contact. We invited her to our wedding ceremony on the 2nd May and by the time she left us following the 4th May ceremony, it felt like we had known her for a lot longer than a few weeks. The ceremony was amazing. Cat held everyones attention throughout. It was the perfect mix of intimacy and humour, very heartfelt and emotional but also plenty of geekiness and lots of laughs. It was a perfectly wonderful day and that was hugely down to Cats expertise, professionalism and sweet nature. We both feel like we have a new friend to catch up with whenever we visit Portsmouth. Cat was our celebrant for our special day at Portchester castle she made us feel at ease straight away.
She helped us with our vowels and made a bespoke service in our requested location so we could have our dogs involved in the service.
