We were really disappointed by vines. We found them online and enquired and at first they were really responsive and they looked great so we stopped searching for other vendors. Our venue requires some info from caterers for approval before booking (as it’s a new wedding venue) which we explained to Vines and at first they were ok with that. But after 3 long weeks and 3 follow ups, they changed their minds and took no accountability. It just came across as mean and unprofessional.

I recently attended a wedding who had hired the pizza van. The pizza was lovely, served very quick and tasted delicious. Special mention of Lily and Zanet who made the pizzas - so friendly and nice to chat to where nothing was too much hassle for them - couldn’t recommend this place more!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Vines Pizza. We had a contract for 79 full pizzas to be served at our event, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver the agreed amount. As expected, the pizzas were served in half portions, however, no one was able to get their actual full share and we were left with people with no food. This issue was not related to the size of the pizzas but rather the insufficient bases and product to deliver the full 79 pizzas as paid for.
While the server completed the full 2-hour service window, it was clear that Vines Pizza should have provided another experienced server and ensured there was enough product to meet the contract. They refused to refund any money and instead offered a voucher of an undefined value as a resolution. Do not leave your guest hungry – avoid.

We ordered pizza van paid a lot of money and got .. stuffed - badly burned pizza - a massive 3 slices of salami on a pepperoni pizza - absolute joke and no refund

Me and my husband got married on the 23rd of October, a week ago. We originally were going to use their pizza service but changed to the hog roast instead which is clearly a much newer venture, this was a HUGE mistake.

Firstly, all the food was cold :( we asked for food to start at 5pm, which it did promptly, we were 5/10 minutes late coming up from our couple photos but no one actually told us the food was ready, so it was sat out for a while in the cold before we realised. I asked the best man to come up and ask if it was ready to which he was told it had been out already waiting for us to come up (no one told us this). So the meat, pasta, veg and potatoes were all freezing cold.

Secondly, and probably the biggest issue was that they ran out and over 10 guests didn't get any meat and about 5 or 6 didn't get any veg either. Now I actually over catered for this wedding, I catered for 72 people when in fact I only ended up with 60 people in the end, 11 of which were vegetarian. So to run out of meat even when I had over catered, was huge. I felt awful that a load of my guests barely got any food except for some pasta and potatoes, imagine if I did have all 72 guests, that would have been over 20 guests without meat. I was so embarrassed for my guests.

I tried to message vines, which up to this point have had amazing communication, only to have my email ignored. When I chased this email, the only reply I got was a link to a reviews page. This is awful behaviour, even if they didn’t reimburse us for the meals we paid for and never received, the least we could have got was an appology for not being able to feed all our guests or the quality of food we received.

We had a pizza truck for our wedding evening. All of our guests loved the pizza and it looked great parked outside too.

We used vines for our wedding and would highly recommend the service and food was amazing vines made our day dress and would definitely use again for other occasions
