This culture is set by the Founder and CEO (Chef Tommy). He spent three amazing years at Claridges hotel, where he had the peasure to work within 1* Michelin restaurant 'Davies and Brookes'. Every one of Tommy's experiences is reflected in the personality of the food that Trayz Catering presents; His experience helping out his parents as a young boy in their Wandsworth Caribbean restaurant, to working within some of London's most decorated venues with some of the world's best chefs.

They are a fairly young and energetic team. They are polite, patient, fun, and easily approachable.

In the sense that so much thought and detail go into each individual dish, they aim to completely blow the mind of your guests. They want your guests to be raving on about how good the food is instead of how beautiful the bride looks in her dress.
